다시 한 번 방문했는데도 만족스러웠어요~! 오사카 우메다에서 한 정거장 역이여서 시내로 나가기도 그렇게 부담스럽지 않고 좋았어요 예전에 숙소 예약했을 때 실수로 숙박 날짜를 전날로 해놨었는데 돈도 추가로 받지 않고 방을 무료로 내주었던 고마운 기억에 또 방문했네요. 객실도 일반 가정집처럼 깔끔하고 조리도구며 전자레인지 같은 기구들이 다 갖춰져 있어서 요리도 가능한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 다만 주소역이 밤에는 유흥업소들이 많아서 여성분들만 다니시기에는 약간 위험할 수 있을거 같습니다만 그것 빼면 바로 옆에 100엔 로우손, 세븐일레븐 편의점도 있어서 불편할 게 없습니다. 다음에도 오사카에 방문할 계획이 생긴다면 다시 방문하고 싶을 정도로 아주 맘에 드는 호텔입니다. 제 실수로 날짜를 다르게 잡았는데도 불구하고 친절하게 대해주신 여직원분 진심으로 감사드립니다. ^^

강력 추천 편안, 가성비 최강

stay here! very large room, everything is clean, toilet-sink-bathroom all separated, near shopping street, near by HANKYU train station. 일단 방이 매우 넓음. 청결상태 매우 좋고 화장실 세면대 샤워실 모두 다 분리형이고 상점가 바로 옆 블럭 위치. 한큐 철도 타기 좋음. 주변에 편의점, 대형마트, 도시락집, 오코노미야키 가게 등등 다 있음. 단점은 유흥가가 너무 가깝고, 한큐 전철은 시영 지하철이나 JR선과 호환이 안되서 교통비가 든다는 점. 호텔은 아님. 레지던스라고 보면 됨. 수건 교환이 매일 안됨. 알아서 깨끗이 써야 함. 청소도 매일 안 해주니까 알아서 깨끗이 써야 함.

Nice stay in Minn Juso 방음이 너무 안됩니다. 옆방에 누가 있으면 그냥 바로 들린다고 보면 됩니다 가격이 저렴하고 깔끔합니다. 화장실,세면대,욕실이 분리돼있어서 좋았습니다.

とても良かったです。 とにかくキレイ。部屋は広い、トイレバス別、ＩＨに冷蔵庫、鍋からすべてそろっているので次に利用するときは連泊でゆっくり大阪観光するのに利用したい。キャンペーンで半額だったけど定価でも高くはないと思いました。

진짜 너무 좋아요!!! 여자 7명갔는데 전부만족할만큼 인테리어도 이쁘고요 직원분들도 모두 친절하세요 ㅠㅠㅠ 2일 다른방에 묵었는데 짐도 알아서 옮겨주시고 정말 편안하게 잤던거 같아요 ㅠㅠㅠ 수건도 있구 일회용 치약이랑 칫솔도 따로 주세요!! 냄비랑 후라이팬도 있어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 오늘 비와서 잠깐 우산살동안 짐을 좀 놔둬도 되냐 물어봤는데 우산도 그냥 하나 주셨어요… 진짜 짱 좋아요 바로 밑쪽에 편의점도 있고 ㅠㅠㅠ 단점이라곤 정말 하나도 없습니다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 강추강추!!!!

오사카 주소역 최고 숙소 숙소의 아쉬운 점이 아니라..한번에 가는 지하철이 없어서 .. 아주 조금 아쉬웠음 숙소 자체는 매우 만족합니다 위치 제외한 모든 것이 기대이상 절대 광고 아님 일본 여행 3번째밖에 안되지만 그동안 묵었던 숙소랑은 비교도 안될 정도로 편안하고 청결함 침대도 푹신하고 여행의 피로가 풀리는 느낌이었음 그리고 무엇보다 넓어서 좋았습니다. 3박 4일 잘 묵다 갑니다.

좋았어요~ 좋은데 프론트에 계신분들도 친절하시구 방도 깨끗하고 좋은데ㅠㅠㅠ위치가ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ너무 애매해요ㅠㅠ 저는 신오사카역을 주로 사용해서 지하철타고 가기도 애매하구 해서 (부모님모시고 온거라) 택시타고 다녔는데 택시비도 만만찮구ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 처음엔 검색해보니 오사카역이나 우메다역이 신오사카역보다 숙소에서 가깝대서 오사카역으로 왔다갔다했는데……신오사카역이 훨가깝더라구요…(구글 배신감…….) 오사카역까지 1300~1900사이였고 신오사카역이 900엔대였어요

다좋았는데….위치가 조금….. 여자셋이서 사용했는데… 직원분도 친절하고 깨끗하고 침대도 편했어요~ 다~좋았는데…. 공항-난바역까지 가면… 주유패스로 난바역-우메다역 까지만 사용 가능하고 주소역에서 숙소가 가까운데… (우메다에서 걸어가기엔 케리어끌고 가기엔 힘듬) 우메다역-주소역은 한큐패스를 이용해야함. 시내쪽 다른곳 갈때가 두개 패스권을 이용해야해서 좀 번거로웠습니다. 그것빼고는 가격도 저렴하게 깨끗하게 3일 잘 이용했습니다. 감사합니다^^

내년봄에 또 갈게요~ 위치는 아쉬웠지만 직원분이 친절하셨고 객실도 만족스러워 좋았습니다. 여자 직원분이 너무 친절하셨고(길을 물어보았는데 안나까지 해주셔서) 지내는 동안 객실도 좋았기때문에 만족스러운 여행이었습니다 ^^

가족여행 최적장소 장점은 친절하고 인원수가 제한된 호텔대비 가족여행에 잘 촛점이 맞추어짐. 단점은 지역이 주소역 근처라서 초행길이신 분들은 이동하실때 조금 불편하실 수도 있습니다. 하지만 저는 가격대비 최고점을 드리고 싶네요.

깨끗, 편안 진짜 좋습니다 특히 다음날 교토가시는 분들 한큐선 주소역이 걸어서 5분 거리에있어서 편해요!

룸편의시설좋고 깔끔한호텔 바깥소음이 거슬린거 빼고는 다좋음. 특히 화장실과 욕실이 완전분리되어있어서 정말 편리했음.세탁기까지구비~

한큐라인 이용하시는 분들께 추천합니다. 좀 좁다는 생각을 갖게 합니다만 깨끗하고 한큐라인을 이용하시는 분께는 추천드립니다. 단, 아이동반 가족 여행은 추천하지 않습니다. 주위에 술집이 너무 많네요.

우수 역과도 가까웠고 가족이 생활하기 편했어요. 침대컨디션이 좋은건 아니구오ㅡ.

편하고 좋습니다. 가격대비 넓고 시설도 좋습니다. 단 얼리쳐크인이나 사전 수하물 보관은 안됩니다. 15시 체크인 시간 이후에 방문하시면 됩니다. 주소역이 가까워 한큐선으로 교토 고베 다니시기 아주 좋습니다. 밤엔 유흥가라 삐끼들이 많아서 약간 불편.

2023.02.24-28 민주소(민) 숙소 후기 위치가 유흥가쪽 이었지만 여자 둘이 온 여행인데 호객행위를 하지 않아 괜찮았고 숙소가 주소역까지 딱히 멀지 않고 걸어가기 좋은 위치이며 근처에 로손, 세븐일레븐, 패밀리마트 3곳 다 있고 엄청 큰건 아니지만 돈키호테도 있어서 마지막날 못 산 것들 다 숙소 앞 돈키호테에서 사버렸어유 주소역에서 숙소로 걸어오다보면 카레집, 타코야끼집, 당고집, 덮밥집 등 맛있는 음식점이 많아요! 숙소 내부도 나름 깔끔하고 비슷한 가격대에 호텔 찾아보니깐 고시원 크기로 작은 방이었는데 여기는 생각보다 조금 넓어서 넘 좋았고 욕조가 딸려있어서 편하게 보냈습니다 단점을 굳이 말하자면 드라이기가 좀 약했고 5일 연박했지만 수건을 매일 교체해주지 않아서 수건 교체비용 발생하는 것, 약간의 무인 호텔 느낌 이 정도..? 근데 이것들 다 감안 가능할 정도로 숙소가 괜찮았습니다 다음에 또 오사카를 오게 된다면 아마 이 숙소를 다시 사용하지 않을까 싶어요!

Good hotel good decoration Nice bed, clean room

Serious safety hazard, poor management Staff at reception were all sweet people and the location is great, but there is much seriously wrong with this hotel. The fire exits on floors 2,3,4 & 5 of this 5 story hotel were all blocked by cleaning supplies & equipment storage that appeared permanent. Screens were placed blocking each fire exit as if to say “ignore what you see here”. Doors to room balconies were locked per “hotel policy” & smoking was apparently allowed in rooms designated non-smoking. In case of a fire or natural disaster (not exactly unknown in Japan) all the guests including the many small children we saw there would be attempting to exit by the one small elevator. I’m afraid most guests would not have made it out. How dare this hotel’s management endanger their guest’s lives this way! In addition, the non-smoking room we reserved months in advance, which included a sofa, smelled as people had been smoking there for hours the day before we arrived.

Everything is good except the receptionist. I definitely like this hotel, but the attitude of the receptionist let me feel that I am making trouble for her. Btw, she is from the same country as mine, geeeze!

10 things about MINN Room is spacious and clean but bed is not very comfortable (spring bed) and are aligned vertically. Travellers must also know the following: (1) rooms are not cleaned daily (they charge extra for this); (2) towels are not changed daily; (3) no free water; (4) no phones inside so if you need anything, you have to go down the lobby and speak with them; (5) front desk officers change every 4 hours or so – there are generally no endorsements made; (6) most of the officers speak very little English and some are not at all friendly; (7) toilet papers are not replenished as well; (8) food accidentally left in the room are not endorsed – and are thrown away even if you are still in the hotel (we left the hotel, checked out but left our things. When we remembered what we left and came back for our things, the food were already thrown away); (9) area is generally not kid-friendly as it is near bars; (10) policies are not explained to the guests so do not be shocked anymore.

짧은 후기 직원분들 정말 친절합니다 오사카 시내까지 지하철 타면 금방 갑니다 교토, 고베가는 기차 출발하는 신오사카 역까지 매우 가깝습니다 숙소 깨끗합니다 남자 숙소에 삐걱거리는 침대가 있어서 거슬릴 수 있습니다 매트리스와 베개가 푹신하지는 않습니다 빨래 가능합니다 처음 찾아갈 때 찾기 어려울 수 있습니다 숙소에서 안내해준 지하철 역에서 남쪽으로 쭉 내려와서 강 옆길까지 갑니다 강을 보고 오른쪽(서쪽)으로 가다보면 작은 숙소 간판이 있습니다 가능하면 구글 지도 이용하세요 방음이 잘 되지는 않습니다 와이파이 빠릅니다 ㅍᆢ

강력 추천 nothing Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed the stay. Tomato hostel is very close to the station and you can easily visit Umeda. It’s just two stations away. Host was really friendly and he can speak English very well. Since bathroom and shower room were designed for ordinary households, I think it was much cleaner and more convenient than other hostels. The hostel was quiet and relatively safe in residential areas. And Yodogawa River right in front of the hostel was also very nice to enjoy the sunset. You can rent a good bike at the hostel, so I recommend you to rent it! 너무 좋아서 대만족했습니다. 다음에도 오사카에 가면 꼭 토마토 호스텔에서 묵을 거예요. 그리고 호스텔 근처(신오사카역 근처)에 온천이 하나 있는데 정말 좋으니 꼭 가보시는걸 추천합니다~

강력 추천 합니다 ここより優しいゲストハウスはないです 주인장께서 정말정말 친절하십니다. 이른 아침 도착하여 짐만 맡기려 했는데 일찍 체크인 해주셔서 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 또한 부담스럽지 않을 정도로만 말을 걸어주시고, 청소도 깨끗이 해주십니다. 체크아웃 하는 날에도 오후 7시까지? 짐을 맡아주셔서 편하게 돌아다닐 수 있었습니다. 침대도 넓고 암막커튼이 있어서 방해받지 않을 수 있습니다. 혼성 도미토리에 묵었는데 불편함 하나 없었습니다. 다들 조용히 해주셨고 평화로운 분위기였습니다. 무료로 빨래를 할 수 있으며 샴푸, 바디워시, 차, 커피, 후라이팬, 기본 양념들, 컵, 가위, 풀까지 여러가지 물건들이 구비되어있습니다. 역까지 5분정도 거리이며 신오사카역도 도보로 10분~15분 정도 걸립니다. 24시 저렴한 슈퍼도 근처에 있어 도시락과 튀김류들로 간단히 주전부리 하기도 좋습니다. 관광객들이 많이 찾는 도톤보리까지는 전철을 타야하지만 그리 멀지 않습니다. 관광지와 떨어져있기에 더 조용했던 거 같습니다. 취업활동을 하시는 분들에게는 최고라고 생각합니다. 이번에 관광으로 다시 오사카에 갈 일이 생겨서 관광지 근처 조금 더 저렴한 게스트하우스에 묵었었는데 정말 그렇게 끔찍할 수가 없었어요.. 늦은 밤 술취해서 큰 소리로 웃으며 들어온다 거나 캐리어를 끌고 들어와 문을 쾅쾅 닫고 시끄럽게 군다던지, 그런 문제가 토마토 호스텔에선 없었기 때문에 다음엔 무조건 토마토 호스텔에 묵겠다고 다짐할 정도였습니다. 아 그리고 근처에 the other side coffee ? 라는 인기 카페가 한 군데 있는데 샌드위치도 맛있고 아침엔 세트 메뉴로 샌드위치 주문 시 커피가 반값이니 꼭 들려보세요. すごく優しいゲストハウスです。荷物を早い朝から預かってくれます。私の場合はチェックインの時間になってなかったのに早めにチェックインさせていただいて楽でした。ちょうどいいぐらい話しかけてくれますのでその部分もよかったです。ベッドも広いし、無料で洗濯もできます。泊まった時みなさま静かにしてくれたので（観光地からすこし離れているからだと思います）しっかり寝れました。おすすめします。

친절하고 아늑해요 우선은 역에서 가까워 좋았어요. 찾기어렵다고 하는분들이 많아서 걱정했는데 의외로 찾기도 쉽구요. 동네가 워낙 조용해서 좋았어요. 직원분도 친절하시고요. 오사카 시내만 보실분들애게는 좀 멀수도 있지만 교토나 고베까지 일정이 있으신 분들에겐 좋은 곳 인것같아요. 다만 한가지 아쉬운건 방이 생각보다 많이 단촐하고 옷걸이도 없어서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 화장실에도 물건놓을 선반이 있으면 더 좋을것 같아요. 친절한 직원, 역과의 접근성, 조용한숙소

좋았어요. 정말 쌌고 역근처에 싼 숙소를 찾고 있었습니다. 걸어서는 10~20분 정도 걸리는데 첫날 와이파이 없이 미리 찾은 지도로 갔더니 엄청 오래 헤맸어요. 그래도 반겨주는 직원분이 친절해서 좋았구요. 여성 전용 룸으로 요청 드렸는데 제가 묵는 날 여자는 저 하나뿐이더라구요. 그래서 4인실을 저 혼자 사용했고 더 좋은 방을 받은듯 했어요. 혼자 4인실 쓰기 미안했지만 전 넓게 잘 지냈어요. 거의 출장 온 일본 남자분들이 묵는 숙소 같았어요. 한 5분~10분 거리에 크로바 마트 있어서 매일 간식들 저렴하게 사다 먹었구요. 역으로 가는 길에 24시간 마트가 하나 더 있는것 같긴 하더라구요. 다른 사람들과 함께 묵었다면 불편했었을 수 있지만 운좋게 시기가 맞아서 편하게 지내다 온것 같아서 좋아요. 그리고 직원분 아는 한국단어 말하시면서 친근하게 말씀 하시는데 너무 친절했어요. 번창하세요.

매우 좋음 아쉬운 점이라면 교통입니다. 특히 저처럼 JR패스를 이용하는 사람은 JR역과 숙소가 걸어서 30분 이상 걸리기 때문에 꽤 멉니다. 물론 사철을 이용하면 그다지 멀진 않습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 오사카의 요도가와 강을 바로 옆에 두고 아침이면 강둑을 거닐수 있다는 점이었습니다. 어찌보면 이 부분이 모든 단점을 다 상쇄할만한 장점이라 생각됩니다. 강둑을 거닐면 조깅하는 시민들을 볼 수 있고 도심에서 여유로움을 느낄수 있습니다. 그리고 주인은 꽤 친절했고 무료로 커피를 마실수 있었던 점도 저에게는 좋았습니다. 가격도 저렴했다고 생각합니다.

좋았어요. 게스트하우스 도미토리인데도 굉장히 청결했구요, 직원들이 영어를 잘해서 의사소통에는 문제가 없었습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터졌구요. 샤워실과 화장실도 1층과 2층에 다 있어서 불편하지 않았어요. 남녀혼숙도미토리라서 좀 걱정했는데 개인 침대마다 커텐이 있어서 괜찮았어요.(2층은 커텐이 없으니 일찍가셔서 1층으로 침대 찜하세요ㅜㅜ) 다들 친절했구요^^! 한국인은 못봤구 외국인분들만 계셨어요. 일본인들이 가장 많았습니다. 체크인 4시라고 돼있는데 저는 3시쯤했구요, 체크아웃도 11시인데 12시쯤에 체크아웃했어요. 다음에 가도 또 이용 할 의향있습니다! 위치,가격,청결함

최고 호스트분께서 굉장히 친절히 응대해주셨고 조금 건물이 오래되긴 했지만 그런 느낌이 금방 없어질만큼 청결에 굉장히 신경을 많이 쓰셨다는 느낌을 많이 받았습니다. 무엇보다 저렴한 가격대에 숙박을 할 수 있다는 점이 굉장한 메리트라고 생각합니다.

두번째 방문! 토마토 게스트하우스 두번째 방문입니다. 작년 여름 이맘때쯤에 나니와요도가와하나비 보러갔었는데 이번에도 토마토 게스트하우스를 택하게 되었습니다. 무엇보다 요도가와강와 가깝고 하나비 장소와 너무 가까워서 너무 좋았고 돗자리가 없어서 점장님께 빌려서 썼습니다 점장님 너무 잘 썻고 하나비 잘 봤습니다 감사합니다 또 기회가 된다면 방문하겠습니다

혼자 느긋하게 여행 오시는 분 추천드립니다 없습니다! 최첨단 시설은 아니지만 청결도와 편안함은 최고입니다. 지내다보면 호스트 분이 신경 많이 쓰시는 게 이곳저곳에서 잘 드러납니다. 도심에서 좀 떨어져있긴 하지만 우메다, 난바 전에 이곳을 거쳐가기 때문에 사람 없을 때 타고 내릴 수 있어서 오히려 좋습니다. (2~3역 차이여서 많이 멀진 않습니다) 저는 이곳 조용함과 고즈넉함이 정말 마음에 들어서 다음 오사카 여행에도 이곳을 방문할 예정입니다!

편하게 지냈어요~ 주인 나름 친절~ 숙소상태 양호~전반적으로 깔끔 주방 편안하게 활용할수 있음 숙소 앞쪽으로 공원이 있어 아침 산책 좋았어요. 저녁에 늦게 들어갈때 살짝 골목으로 들어가야 하는 것이 단점(혼자면 무서울수 있어요)

교토에서 고베갔다올때 꿀 교토에서 한큐패스로 이 숙소에 짐을풀고 고베일정은 소화한다음에 복귀한 나에게는 최고의 위치 호스트가 매우 친절하다 이 지역주변에서 머물러야한다면 이곳을 추천합니다

처음 이용한 게스트하우스 처음 가본 도미토리, 이번 여행에 모두 게스트하우스, 호스텔 도미토리를 사용했고 모두 1단을 사용했음…위에 올라가면 삐걱소리가 나는게 적응이 안되지만, 근처 패미리마트,로손이 있고 쭈욱 신오사카까지 걸어가는 것도 10분 정도 일본애들 출근할때 이용하여서 괜찮음. 유지가 영어를 잘 못함 오사카의 지하철을 체험, 근처의 야경이 멋짐, 호스트 유지

적당한 가격에 깨끗하고 편리한 도미트리였어요. 전철역에서 도보 10분 정도로 멀지는 않았고 주택단지라서 밤엔 조용하였습니다. 내부 시설은 깨끗한 편이였고 3박4일이었지만 일본, 대만 투숙객들을 만나 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있었어요. 1. 전철역에서 가까워요. 2. 깨끗합니다. 3.가격이 저렴합니다.

위치만 더 좋았으면 더 좋을것같아요 가격대비 정말 만족했구요 숙소시설 이런거는 그냥 정말 잠만 자다왔기때문에 잘 모르겠고 다만 아쉬운 거는 위치가 큰 길가에서 조금 안쪽으로 들어가야 있고 옆에는 공장?같은게 있어서인지 조금 무서웠어요.. 해 진 후에 지나갈때 조금 무서웠어요

너무 좋았습니다. 우선 위생상태가 가격대비 너무 만족스럽고 스태프들도 너어무 친절합니다. 그리고 편의점과 역과도 가깝고 게스트하우스사람들과도 어울릴수있고 친해질수있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 다른곳에 비해 너무 만족스럽고 또묵고싶네요!

A wonderful hostel prividing a relaxing and fun place to wind down after exploring Osaka. The location is a bit of a trek from all the places to visit in Osaka, so get your Suica card ready. What an absolute treat of a Guesthouse to stay at. Rooms were large and comfortable, facilities were up to par, great common area to meet other backpackers, the list goes on. Kept nice and cool during the summer as well. Powerful A/C.

Exceptional Fantastic guesthouse. Facilities great, WiFi perfect, host very helpful. Place is spotlessly clean. Good location and a tomato theme, what not to like?

Clean and good size for 2 person first of all, the aparment and room are very clean. And the security for the facility is high level. I think the room is actually fitted for within 2 person.

Not recommend The hotel did not accept our stay even though we had had a reservation before arriving the hotel! We talked on the telephone but in vain. The guy on the telephone told us to call Agoda customer service directly. Terrible service.

Value for money Walking distance to juso station, there’s a small shrine right beside the building, convenience stores and restaurants along the street. There’s pachinko at the corner. Room is cosy, there’s a balcony.. a creaking bed, feels like it’s gonna break if there’s too much weight on it. The auto panel to control the temperature of the bathroom heater and water heater is wonderful for our winter stay. Overall quiet surrounding, a bit far from the crowded namba and umeda areas.

Good Not located near a JR station. Air con wasn’t great. Not a lot of kitchen utensils and tupperware. Location to Juso station. Lots of shops restaurants nearby. Value for money.

Good for long stay but Just wished there was proper desk and chair to do work from. The current table is so low that we were always hunched over while working. Hope to see a change of furniture the next time I’m there!

My now go-to place to book in Osaka A tiny misunderstanding, if you book a room with an extra bed, it is not an actual bed but a sofa that can unfold into a bed. A bit of a disappointment but the rest is good. There’s no dryer, so we had to use the bathroom to dry our clothes since there was a typhoon and the balcony was not usable. Ah, and also the remote for the light doesn’t work, but it is specific to the room we booked. You get an incredible bang for your buck in this apartment. It is close to a market, a shrine and a train station. The bathroom is oh so heavenly; you have oidaki in the bath and it is the single best invention that came out of a human’s mind. The rest is clean, accessible and convenient.

Good location and decent amenities Location is very close to Juso station, and there is a shopping aravde nearby that you will not go hungry through the night. Check in processes is all right, and the apartment is decently sized

Superb There was only a coffee table, so eating and working as a couple was a bit tight. The location is close to a well-connected station. Provided some basic kitchen utensils, which was useful, and the washing machine was very nice to have.

Very Impress. We stayed here for 8nights. The room was cleaned and comfortable. With a little kitchen amd wadhing machine. I love it! The location is good near Juso station just 4 minute walk. A lot of local restaurants and Family mart. Recommended!!!

Superb Would have loved a broom in the room to give the floors a quick clean, and maybe some more cooking supplies. But those are minor complaints. Completely satisfied with the apartment. Perfect for 1-2 people. Apartment has everything you need, small but clean and well kitted. I plan on staying here and sending all my friends here because it’s just perfect. Maybe a 3 minute walk from the nearest station and only one stop away from osaka umeda.

Okay for a short overnight stay . The bed was jammed against the wall, and when we moved it in order to get out on both sides, behind the bed was dirty. No chair on the balcony. Check-in was very very late at 4 pm. The decor and lighting are dated. A lively area not far from the metro. Laundry facilities were excellent. Airco was good. The bed was comfortable.

최고 The apartment was perfect for our stay in Osaka. It was a bit crammed for three people but we made it work being that we just really needed it for sleeping and bathing. It had a spacious bathroom with the toilet separate. It also had the added bonus of a washer.

Perfect apartment in a great location and very well priced. Everything was perfect. Great location right near the local station and food hub. It was clean, spacious(for Japan apartments) and the washing machine was so handy! The bath was good and I used it a few times. The aircon worked perfectly and I felt at home here. I’ll definitely stay here again.

They fool me theg said the price was just 4400, but they took 8500 from my credit card, i think it’s some kind of criminal, fooling off the customer!

It feels like home It was the second time I stayed here. It has become my go-to place in Osaka whenever I visit. The host is great, we asked to stay in the same room and they were very helpful. You have everything you need for long or short temp stays. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

it was great, and totally recommend! there’s every you need inside and nearby nothing basically everything, it was comfortable, easy to find, the place was big, the access was well explained so it was not hard to check in

大阪旅行 阪急十三駅からすぐで色々なとこに行くのにアクセスがよくとてもいいなと思いました。 部屋も綺麗なのと、いろはす2Lが置いていたのがとても好印象でした。 だだし、アメニティの場所がわかりにくかったので別紙などに表示した方がいいんじゃないかなと思いました。

Very good There are no chairs or table, it is a bit uncomfortable to eat breakfast sitting at the edge of the bed. Also from pictures I supposed that it was a bit bigger, but it was big enough anyway. Close to Juso station, but had always to change to get to Osaka or Shin-Osaka station. Living one week without option to change towels was a bit bigger minus for us though. Appartment is in quiet area. We had a good stay there. Easy check-in.

Great location great for two people . too small for three . we had a kid so she struggled a bit convenience to facility and train station

帰りたくなかった 一人で1ヶ月近く滞在しました。帰りたくなかったくらい快適でした。十三駅に徒歩３分というロケーションが素晴らし過ぎます。それなのに隣は公園で見晴らしもいいし、夜は静か。商店街にあふれる美味しそうな物の誘惑に打ち勝つのが大変でした。

It was OK for 2 nights stay. Its a lot smaller than I thought. Location is strategic. Near to station.

平日だったから安く 2泊3日で3月21（月）から24日（水）に泊まりました。駐車場は、この建物にありますが、5時間500円で、22時から8時までは200円ですが、継続しないで1度22時前に出れば700円で止めれる。近くには、20時から8時まで300円という場所もあるので 安くあげるなら周りを確認したら良い。 部屋は1LDKタイプで風呂は追い焚きできますし、冷蔵庫もあり、プライパン、鍋、包丁、食器もある。しかしまな板がないのが残念でした。101号に泊まったのですが、鍵の取り出し方がいまいち分からず、連絡し確認したら、部屋の番号ポストのダイヤル式鍵をメールに書いてある通りにしポストが開いたら、中にダイヤル式番号を4桁すると開く。ちょっとわかりにくかった。総合的には良かったのでリピしたいと思います。

いつもお世話になっています。 十三駅から近く、部屋も快適に過ごせていただいております。

Other than that 2 things I mentioned above, our stay still good. We were having difficulty in opening the door or maybe we were not just used to that door. we booked for 3 person but they only prepared 2 towels and the sheet for the sofa bed has not been prepared also. The toilet and the shower area ate clean and comfy to use. The bed is comfy and cozy.

우수 子供と2人で利用しました。 立地はとても良くて、駅に近いしお店も近いしとても便利でした。 部屋は、お風呂の暖房、乾燥機があり、選択洗剤も置いてくれていたので助かりましたし快適でした。 レースカーテンがないので、とても良い天気なのにカーテンが開けられず、レースカーテンがあればいいのにと思いました。 あと、スリッパがトイレ用にもう一つつけていただけるとありがたいなと思いました。

Something better can be found. Not for 3. Quite small room, for three not good. Second “bed” was a thin matrass on top of a surface with iron bars that got stuck in my back. Not comfortable at all. The hotel has no reception. Quite strange building. To arrive after long walks. Small kitchenette useful.

十三から近くて便利 十三駅東口から商店街を抜けてすぐ近くなのでロケーションは非常に良い。隣に公園があるので外の景色も開放感があります。

담에도 묵고 싶은 호텔이에요^^ 한큐전철 주소（十三）역에서 주소 시장 방향으로 나가서 횡단보도를 건너서 왼쪽으로 쭉 걸어가면 다리가 보이는데다리 가기 전에 건너에 모스 버거가 보이는 쪽으로횡단보도를 건너고 모스버거와 페밀리 마트 사이 길로 걸어서 직진 두번째 불럭에서 우회전하시면 바로 보여요^^ 우메다로 갈뗀 버스를 타고 가면 되니까 편리하고요~ 대신 올 땐 우메다에서 한큐전철을 타야하는 단점이~ 근데 교토갈 때 주소역에서 바로 교토 가와리마치로 갈 수 있어서 편리하고 가까운 곳에 돈키호테와 주소 시장이 있어서 강추에요~ 조식은 간단한 일본식으로 오차츠케가 있었고 직원들이 아주 친절하고~ 욕조에 솔트랑 머리끈 샤워타올까지 있어요~ 전 담에도 묵고 싶었어요~ 룸 사이즈는 좀 작지만 침대가 푹신하니 좋아요^^

최고 너무나 맘에 들고 좋았습니다~~ 오사카만 여행하는 여행객은 오사카 주유패스 1일권만 주소역에 가서 아쉬었어요 2일패스도 가면 정말 좋았을 것 같아요~~ 저는 고베 교토 까지 간사이쓰루 패스로 정말 잘 이용하고 다녀서 너무 좋았습니다.

괜찮았어요 조식도 맛있고 직원분들도 친절하고 시설 어메니티도 좋았습니다! 가성비는 괜찮았구요 위치는 좀 별로예요. 주소역 바로 앞이기는 하나 주소역 자체가 오사카 지하철이 아니라 전철역이라 오사카 여행시엔 어딜가든 혼돈의 우메다 역에서 환승을 해야합니다ㅠㅠ 다만 주소역이 교토선 고베선을 모두 지나므로 교토와 고베로 가실 분께는 추천드리고 싶어요!

아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 가격대비 만족도 3점 – 이건 호텔문제는 아닌데… 아고다에서 2인으로 예약했는데 1인으로 예약이 되어있었습니다. 호텔비가 추가로 들어가는데 그게 싫으면 취소하라는 아고다 쓰레기 같은 정책. 암튼 2인으로 가니 가격이 생각보다 훨씬 많이 올라 비쌌습니다. 위치 여자 1명, 여자2명이 가긴 조금 힘들 수도 있습니다. 러브호텔 천지에 가운데 부근에 있는 호텔이기 때문에 약간 위험할지도 하는 느낌도 있습니다. 하지만 지하철역이 매우 가깝고 우메다, 산노미야 등 주요지역이 가깝습니다. 숙소 위생상태 : 최상입니다. 아주 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요. 직원분들 : 고마웠습니다. 전체적으로 아주 만족한 호텔입니다!

I definitely recommend to anyone!!! Everything was perfect!! The hotel is very well located… few meters from Juso Station… the staff was amazing, the cleanness’s was perfect!!! I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay!!! Definitely will come back!!!

Winter holiday We had chosen this boutique hotel as we read many good reviews. It was indeed a clean and neat hotel, although the rooms are smaller from what we expected. The service was very nice without doubt. The staff are friendly but they couldn’t speak much English which made it abit difficult to communicate. Breakfast spread is pretty decent and they come with evening snacks. The evening snack is served with some cooked food with a few range of alcoholic drinks. Overall, the stay was comfortable but just curious why the glasses we used were not cleaned daily but replaced with new one and the used glasses were left aside… do they expect us to clean it ourselves? I’ve never come across such thing from boutique hotel stay. It’s quite unpleasant. The hotel itself is located next to many love hotels and itself also may consider as a love hotel. It may not be appropriate for family stay. I would not be a return customer when there are many more nicer hotel to choose from.

Clean, a short distance to railway station Clean, good location

우수 Its my second time in Osaka but my first time in this area. Very close to Juso station which was my goal coz its one of the major stops for the Hankyu Trains that goes to Kobe, Kyoto and Kinosakionsen—my must see places this time. Many restaurants around, there’s a small Don Quijote two blocks away, tax free shops and groceries. Close to Umeda/Osaka Station. A bit more quiet and local, away from the crowded Namba and Dotonbori.

Best nights in Japan Really great for its economical value. I have everything I need and more. Comfy room. Huge soft bed. Good Japanese breakfast. Just 1 train station from Umeda. Friendly elderly reception. Tons of amenities in the room: bath salts, varieties of creams, night masks, of course, coffee and tea and even dried corn soup.

Excellent option on weekdays Smart, very clean hotel in a love hotel district that doesn’t want to miss out on weekday business. They offer a free smartphone in the room with unlimited calls (although it didn’t work), free snacks and drinks in the lounge from 18-21h, including fried chicken and alcohol, and a great breakfast. Great deal for less than 7k yen. Staff was extremely helpful in Japanese, but may not speak English. Extreme selection of cosmetic testers to appeal to the women.

Room very spacious and comfortable But the Breakfast not very nice

Enjoyable stay This is a rather new hotel, checkout time of 12 pm is better than other Osaka hotels with 10 am checkout. It is close to Juso station on the Hankyu line, and convenient for access to Kobe and Kyoto. The regular 1 day Osaka subway/bus pass does not cover Juso station so we used buses to get to Umeda/Osaka station instead, which is a major transport hub. Hotel offer free drinks and snacks daily from 6-9 pm in the lounge which also serves decent breakfast. The twin room we had was spacious by Japanese standard.

매우 좋음 Clean & staffs are polite

value for money hotel that is very accessible to Umeda My family and I stayed at Hotel Sakura Suite for nearly a week. From Juso Station (a station or two away from Umeda via Hankyu/Hanshin Railway), the hotel is w/in a 5-minute walking distance. It’s very accessible too if you’re going to Kyoto. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I also like that there’s a Don Quixote store 2 minutes away by walking. The room size (we stayed in 2 rooms with 2 single beds each) was good and space was ample even with big pieces of luggage. Room amenities and toiletries were complete. The hotel surroundings was quiet. Wifi signal was also ok and we didn’t experience slow connection. It was also good that the hotel offered breakfast. Selection was ample and tasted good (just that they don’t change the menu daily except for two items or so.) Check in/ out process was easy. The reception clerks were very helpful whenever we requested for a taxi. If you feel a bit lazy, you can just take a cab to Umeda. Overall, great stay!

アクセスが良いです 最寄り駅からも近く、周りに飲食店も多く、夜も楽しみました。梅田にも近いので、便利がいいと思います。静かでゆっくりと過ごせました。また、利用したいと思います。

部屋は綺麗 大きなテレビがある、部屋は比較的に広くとてもきれい チェックインの時、朝食の時間を決めてくれるのはありがたいが 「混み合っている時間体なので空席が出来たら電話をします。」　 と言われ待っていたが電話がなく、朝食会場に行ってみると 席がたくさん空いている？次はちゃんと連絡してね！

リーズナブルで大満足 立地条件は十三のホテル街にあり、ちょっと違和感がありますが、阪急十三駅より徒歩５分と近く、館内には無料のミニラウンジサービスもあり、特に朝食は大変美味しかったです。料金はリーズナブルで大変満足しました。又、利用したいと思っています。

２回目の利用 ２回目の利用です。 今回は　ダブルの部屋でした。 サービス、接客、朝食など 非常に気持ちよく宿泊できました。 強いてお伝えします。 清掃にて、 　・デスクの汚れ 　・浴室の床に　毛が複数本あり 折角、清掃をされても、 他の方がチェックをしないと、 見落としがあると思われます。 また、利用させて頂きますので、 宜しくお願い致します。

穴場かもしれない 微妙な立地とメニュー少なめの朝食ながら、出張のビジネスホテルがなかなか取れない大阪では穴場かもしれない。次回もプランと価格次第では使うことになりそうです。

여름에 선택하기에는 안좋은숙소.. 1. 우리는 사전에 1층현관 비밀번호를 받지 못해 밖에서 땀흘리면서 숙소관리자에 전화해서 겨우겨우 비밀번호를 알아내 호텔에 들어갔다. 들어가고 나서도 체크인을 일일이 테블릿으로 해야하는데 진짜 불편하다… 2. 2박3일동안 큰수건1개, 작은수건1개 지급.(추가수건지급없다고함) 3. 위치는 우메다역에서 걸어서 15분정도인데 생각보다 멀다.. 근처에는 편의점1개(이것도 숙소에서걸어서 3분?) 말고 아무것도 없다. 결론: 비추.. 특히 여름에 이 숙소는 매우 비추한다…

만족합니다. 지내는 동안 가족모두 맍족 했습니다. 4가족이 각자 팀대를 쓴것도 좋았고 위생상태나 도구들이 모두 새것이라 좋았습니다. 특히 프로젝션이있어 유튜브를 크게 볼있어 좋았습니다. 대 만족…

단체 숙소로 최고예요!! 가족들과 단체로 4명씩 두개의 방으로 이용했는데, 너무 깨끗했고, 새 건물이라 좋았어요! 호텔보다 더 좋았던거 같아요~ 침대도 너무 푹신했고, 냉장고도 있고 호텔만큼 객실 상태가 너무 좋았어요! 다만 거리는 우메다에서 10분이상 걸어야 해요ㅎㅎ 그래도 가까운편이라 좋았어요! 다음에 또 숙소 이용하고 싶어요~!!

Nice for those travelling in groups of 5! Travelled in winter. 2 adults and 2 children aged 16 Yr.olds, with four 24-in suitcased and few hand cattied bags. Room provided js good for 5 people- 1 double bed, 3 single beds. This is self checkin and self checkout hotel. Its imprt you have wifi or on roaming as instructions on how to enter the place and room is emailed the day of your checkin. The email intructions are in english, Chinese, korean, and japanese. This hotel is hip for youngsters, i think. This place is close to Umeda Sky Bldg, 7 eleven, and restaurant Tokumasa which serves a very unique and yummy udon curry is also closeby. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, room slippers, shoe horn, are provided. The layout is very

Trouble with cleaning Had a good experience overall. Spacious room and well equipped room. But there was a miss communication while requesting for cleaning/new towels. We were informed that we can get one time cleaning service and new towels once for our entire staying (7 nights) and my husband requested the cleaning and got answer to get it next day. But when we arrived in our room next day, the room was not cleaned and the towels were not refilled too. And the staff (different one) of the day didn’t know the arrangement. So we had to wash towels on our own spending our coins and had trouble not having clean towel for a night. It was a frustrating experience with having a remote communication with the staffs and necessary request was not fullfilled.

Building is cheaply built Noise from windows and corridors. Don’t recommend for light sleepers. Vibration of fellow customers through floors sometimes. Building is cheaply built I’d say. Kettle but no complimentary coffee. Location is convenient to Umeda/Osaka and Sky Building.

보통 配置がおかしい。不便。禁煙ルームだけと喫煙場所からの匂いが入ってきてよくなかった。フロント？に電話したけど英語がききとれにくくてちょっと困ったし、たぶん社内でトランスファートランスファーで解決までに時間ががかりすぎて、諦めました。

매우 좋음 Location was abit of a walk from osaka/umeda station especially woth young kids and not that much food options. But overall check in was easy, love that the toilet and shower were separate and spacious. Overall, stay was great…dryer and washer was v convenient. Def will recommend.

양호 I recommend this place if you are staying only for a couple of days, as cleaning is one of their cons. We stayed for 7 nights and not even once they cleaned our room. They said that their cleaning schedule is Tuesday and Friday 10am onwards but there was no cleaning that happened. They did not even knock us to advise or ask if they can clean the room. We only saw 2 staffs when we are about to check out already. Location is a bit far from Umeda station where we usually take our train. 7-11 is maybe 5-7 mins walk. The place is really nice, big and affordable.

However, they set to clean room on Tuesday and Friday and has to be more than 4 night stay then they can clean your room. I have 7 nights stay there and did checked in on Tuesday. Following Friday is only 3 nights stay then they do not clean. They will clean on Tuesday and by that time, I have already checked out. That’s mean 7 nights stay without cleaning, refilling toilet paper, coffee, and throw of trash. I did make some noisy by calling call centre, message them, and even tell cleaners over there and lucky that I got room cleaned on Sunday. I did make some recommendation to hotel that clean after 4th nights stay, no need to fix the date. Everyone wish to have cleaned confortable room while visiting other country. At this room rate, rather stay with full board hotel.

At least 15 mins walk from Umeda/Osaka station -ve: The self check-in experience was very bad. The check-in app in the lobby couldn’t locate our booking until our 10th+ try, and no one answered the Zoom help-link provided in the app. It was 22:30pm when we tried to check-in, so we thought we were going to be sleeping in the lobby the first night!!!). Then for no apparently reason after 15 mins the app suddenly could locate our booking (I guess it was a software/ data glitch?!). A side note, we saw another group of people stuck in the lobby trying to check-in and having the same problem when we went back to the hotel on our 3rd night of stay at around 11pm, so the problem we encountered could be systemic. -ve: Since it is a home-stay self-care style hotel, we need to dispose of the room’s garbage ourselves to the garbage cans located in the end of the corridor (but also next to the door of a guest room!) We saw that the garbage cans were infested with flies and ants (maybe because some of the guests did not pack their garbage properly), and it was messy/ stinky. -ve: The room’s kitchen does not have a sink, instead, the sink is across the hallway and shared with the toilet / washroom. This design is inconvenient for a home-stay style hotel where you may cook light food/ cup noodle etc., since you’d have to pour the food/ liquid residues into the toilet directly (instead of the sink), to avoid blocking the ducts/ leaving a smell. -ve: The curtains/ binds do not cover the window sides entirely, so if the sunlight in early hours tend to wake you up, then it’s a problem. -ve: Location is quite inconvenient since there’s a big construction site between it and the Osaka/Umeda station, and crossing through the site involves walking up and down through temporary underground tunnels. If you’re with luggages or strollers it’d take at least 20 minutes to walk one-way to the Osaka/Umeda station.

Helpful host, comfortable stay I had a great stay at this very clean and convenient guesthouse. Single room was spacious. Host also helped to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs, which I really appreciated!

超級棒的住宿經驗！ 一開始前往的時候找了一下路，後來民宿主人告知後原來從停車場穿越過去後就是地鐵站了，非常近～ 民宿是日式建築，可以充分體驗日式家庭的生活方式，而且民宿主人超級親切！雖然不懂中文，但用英文溝通時也能感受到主人的熱情，下次有機會一定會再選擇這裡的！！！

每次去大阪都會想住這裡 民宿離地鐵站很近，又是幾條地鐵線的交匯點，交通上很便利，附近就有大型超市OASIS與最長的天神橋商店街，生活機能也很好，不過民宿只有一套衛浴，人多的時候要輪流用，冬天會比較冷，除此之外，環境的整潔度、房東的親切度都是沒話說的棒。

非常溫暖真切 離車站很近，附近有很多美食、便利商店，還有一間超市❣️ 房東是兩位英文超好的女生，房間乾淨、廁所也乾淨，唯一缺點就是廁所要到樓下，且只有一間廁所。

天神橋筋商店街散策 大阪の天神橋筋商店街を散策するため利用しました。駅からも近くて（民家なので少し小路に入りますが…）オーナーさんに温かく出迎えてもらえて、実家の部屋に泊まる感じでくつろげました。ゲストハウスは初めての利用で、洗面台やトイレ、お風呂など共用部分もあるので、譲り合って使用する感じですが、そう言う事を了承した上なら、快適でした。お部屋もオートロック付きのお部屋にしてもらったので、共用部以外はプライバシーも保たれてましたし、今回は自分の旅の目的に立地条件がぴったりで良かったです。冬の旅でしたので、シャワー利用時にお風呂が少し寒かったです。近所に銭湯もあるそうなので温まりたい方は銭湯利用も良いかもしれません。 オーナーさんのお人柄がとても良く、安心して宿泊できました。

Ein Kleinod vom Feinsten Die perfekte Unterkunft, um in die japanische Kultur einzutauchen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Lage ist ganz großartig, wenn man kleine Gassen und lauschige Izakayas zu schätzen weiß. Ansonsten ist man aber auch schnell im Stadttrubel. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

가족 여행으로 정말 좋은 숙소!! 특별히 없습니다. 매우 완벽했습니다. 1. 호스트가 매우 친절했습니다. – 태풍을 대비하여 식사와 간식, 랜턴 등을 준비해주어 감동받았습니다. 2. 가까운 곳에 코인 세탁기가 있습니다. 3. 가까운 거리에 식당과 전철역이 있습니다. 4. 방이 깨끗하고 매우 편안했습니다.

오사카에서 묵었던 중 상위권 엘레베이터가 없으니 다리관절이 안 좋거나 발이 안좋으신분들은 좀 줄편할수도 있습니다. 역에서 부터의 거리도 나쁘지 않고 주변에 편의점 및 세탁소도 있습니다. 4층을 예약하면 테라스가 주어지고 간단한 주방용품도 주어지고 무엇보다 직원분이 엄청 친절합니다.

강력 추천 방음이 잘 안돼요 방이 아주 좋았어요. 호스트는 친절했고 방도 엄청 넓어요.

Superb It could be better with washing machine, cause we travelled in summer with 3 nights stay, laundry service is a must. Jen is very friendly and helpful. It is a very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 3 nights and felt comfortably, my partner loved watching free Netflix provided by Jen.

Fantastic place to stay and close by to convenient locations. The location was close to convivence store and the subway station. It was a big room and felt very relaxing and had a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and polite, she answered questions and provided advice on places to eat. I felt very well looked after. The instructions on how to get to the place were accurate and easy to follow.

Lots of thanks to the owner of the house who gave us a comfortable and warm accommodation during our stay in Osaka. Nothing I like the cozy atmosphere and all the thoughtful facilities.

Spacious and very clean room! nothing The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to use iron for my clothes but they didn’t have the ironing board so she bought it for us. The room is super spacious and clean. It has everything you need.

Like your home away from home 🙂 Jen is a professional host, she prepared everything even welcome snacks. The room is bigger than in the pictures and give us a cosy feeling. Happy stay and 100% recommended.

Fully-equipped Japanese studio in a convenient local neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. There is nothing negative about the place and to me a perfect accommodation choice. Just be aware that it is a short walk between the Tengachaya station and there is no elevator to in the building and the stairs are relatively narrow (for people with reduced mobility). The host is so friendly and helpful, and absolutely did her best to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The residential neighborhood lets you be surrounded by great local restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is spacious and fully-equipped. The tatami bed is amazingly comfortable and great even for foreigners. I will visit it again when I come to Osaka.

必須推薦的漂亮民宿💓 因爲自駕遊，所以host很早就提供了附近停車場位置和收費詳情給我們(¥800/24hrs)，即日更改了check-in時間host也能為我們安排💓 人超好💓 而且很nice👧🏻 只有樓梯可能要注意一下~ 能安排雙人或雙床房，房間很漂亮很乾淨，有睡房和小客廳、廚房，還有一個驚喜就是有一個蠻大的露台!!! 但風景就是附近民宅🤣 門口位置有很便宜的咖啡和泡麵提供購買~ 只睡了一晚覺得有點可惜~

Your Osaka home away from home It’s a bit far from the train station 😅 but you’ll get used to the walk(exercise) Very well maintained and modernized. Amenities were provided, even ear plugs! We had a very comfortable stay, from check-in to check-out. Staff is very accommodating with some of our inquiries.😊

Exceptional Jen’s place is much roomier than the pictures depict, which is a definite bonus. It was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door to see how much space our family of four had. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of basic kitchen items that made our meals very easy to make. Jen is great at communicating and greeted us upon arrival. She is very kind and helpful and we feel lucky to have stumbled upon her place when booking. We would definitely book here again!

Superb Stay The location is just slightly further away from the city but no big deal! We were amazed that this room is so much bigger than what we expect! It was such a spacious and cozy stay, we can finally have a good rest here after a week of traveling in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto. Thank you for the sufficient utilities that Jen’s House provide – there’s even Netflix!

We chose this apartment not because of the price, not because of the location, but because of how it looks. A cozy livin — The apartment is incredibly comfortable, as if you are at home, but in its improved version.

great host great place this location is little remote to the city but its a great and clean place to have a night-in. place is clean, the host is nice. i would stayed one more night if i had more time.

Noisy due to the sound proof They had a small party in a group of 5 thats kinda noisy because is kinda near the first room less than 15feet away.. is difficult to sleep.

Great place to stay, the staff went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Nothing Staff was very accommodating. Good recommendations for places to visits. Staff will take guests out for lunch or sightseeing spots when they have free time!

Comfortable Guest House Host is very nice & approachable. Location is near the Osakako station which comes in handy if you want to visit USJ. Distance to other destination are ok too. Bath room & toilet is clean. Bring your own towel.
