하루만 자는게 아쉬웠어요 중학생 조카랑 갔는데 일본 친척집 놀러간듯이 편하게 지내다 왔어요. 주인분이 너무 친절하셔서 큰 도움 받았고요. 조용한 동네인데 지하철 역에서도 가깝고 주변에 있을거는 다 있습니다. 여자분들끼리 가신다면 강추입니다!

Helpful host, comfortable stay I had a great stay at this very clean and convenient guesthouse. Single room was spacious. Host also helped to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs, which I really appreciated!

kawai 超可爱的小屋，交通也很方便。屋内卫生做的很好，让人放心。host非常温柔，可以用英语交流，晚上还会放音乐，嘻嘻

超級棒的住宿經驗！ 一開始前往的時候找了一下路，後來民宿主人告知後原來從停車場穿越過去後就是地鐵站了，非常近～ 民宿是日式建築，可以充分體驗日式家庭的生活方式，而且民宿主人超級親切！雖然不懂中文，但用英文溝通時也能感受到主人的熱情，下次有機會一定會再選擇這裡的！！！

每次去大阪都會想住這裡 民宿離地鐵站很近，又是幾條地鐵線的交匯點，交通上很便利，附近就有大型超市OASIS與最長的天神橋商店街，生活機能也很好，不過民宿只有一套衛浴，人多的時候要輪流用，冬天會比較冷，除此之外，環境的整潔度、房東的親切度都是沒話說的棒。

非常溫暖真切 離車站很近，附近有很多美食、便利商店，還有一間超市❣️ 房東是兩位英文超好的女生，房間乾淨、廁所也乾淨，唯一缺點就是廁所要到樓下，且只有一間廁所。

우수 女性のスタッフさんがとても親身になって下さる丁寧な方で、とても安心して過ごす事が出来ました。 敷き布団が薄く、寝ていると身体が痛くなってしまったのが、唯一残念です。 あとは仕切りが小さいので、同室になる方が気になる方は注意が必要かもしれません。 総合的に温かい、とても良い宿でした。 また是非利したいです。

天神橋筋商店街散策 大阪の天神橋筋商店街を散策するため利用しました。駅からも近くて（民家なので少し小路に入りますが…）オーナーさんに温かく出迎えてもらえて、実家の部屋に泊まる感じでくつろげました。ゲストハウスは初めての利用で、洗面台やトイレ、お風呂など共用部分もあるので、譲り合って使用する感じですが、そう言う事を了承した上なら、快適でした。お部屋もオートロック付きのお部屋にしてもらったので、共用部以外はプライバシーも保たれてましたし、今回は自分の旅の目的に立地条件がぴったりで良かったです。冬の旅でしたので、シャワー利用時にお風呂が少し寒かったです。近所に銭湯もあるそうなので温まりたい方は銭湯利用も良いかもしれません。 オーナーさんのお人柄がとても良く、安心して宿泊できました。

Ein Kleinod vom Feinsten Die perfekte Unterkunft, um in die japanische Kultur einzutauchen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Lage ist ganz großartig, wenn man kleine Gassen und lauschige Izakayas zu schätzen weiß. Ansonsten ist man aber auch schnell im Stadttrubel. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Great location, spacious and very clean. We had some trouble finding the keys but we also didn’t see the instructions in the email that were very clear once we read them. We would have also liked a choice of western pillows as we were not use to the Japanese style but not a major issue. The size of the space was fantastic for a family of five. The location was very close to two train stations and you could also walk to many places easily. We also liked that we could self cater for some of our meals with a large grocery store close to the house. The house was also very clean.

とても良い滞在になりました。 JR、地下鉄の駅ともに近く、周りはたくさんの手頃な飲食店に恵まれているので助かりました。スーパーも徒歩1分で、食材を買ってきて家のようにキッチンで調理することも可能です。 また、ドラム缶洗濯機ですぐに洗濯から乾燥までできるので旅行中の洗濯物も溜まらずに済みました。 部屋数も多いので、ファミリーやお友達とゆっくりするには適度なプライベート空間も作れるので最高だと思います。 要望としては全身鏡があると嬉しいのと、どんぶりかお椀があると助かります。 周囲の環境も気兼ねないので、次回大阪滞在時も利用したいです！

ゆっくり楽しめた 小さな子供がいても、ホテルのように他の部屋に迷惑をかける心配がなかった。 スーパーが近くにあって、何か足りないものがあってもすぐに買いに行けた。

設備、広さは完璧ですが場所がわかりずらかったです リビングのソファーベッドが叩くとほこりが出てきました。ハウスダストアレルギーだった為滞在時はくしゃみがよくでてしまいました。 場所も地図ではわからずマンション裏のバーのところをまがり、一軒家の隣の場所でわかりずらかったです。鍵の場所も写真がありましたがわかりずらく探すのに時間がかかりました。 部屋が広く、地方からの旅行だったのですがキャリーケース4つ広げても大丈夫なくらい広かったです。 設備も良く電子レンジとコンロと調味料があったのがとても良かったです。お風呂も追い炊き機能があり、とても良かったです

準備OK 高い建物に囲まれてやや陽当たりがよくなかったです。 子供が3人いましたので周囲に気兼ねなく過ごす事ができました。 出席する結婚式場へ徒歩圏内であったこと。

全体的には良かったです！ お風呂のシャワーが弱かったのと小さいお子さんがいる場合はカウンターや各所に木の角があるので頭や足などぶつけないように気を使いました。 駅から近く立地が良かったです。 掃除が細部までいきわたっている為清潔でした。

楽しい旅行 重度のほこりアレルギーを持ってる人が二人いたので、次の日の朝、辛そうにしてました。 でも、ティッシュを沢山置いてくださってたので感謝です。 ロケーション最高でした、観光できて良かったです。 食べ歩きが楽しかったです。 近くのわらび餅の店で、口のなかで消える美味しいわらび餅を食べました。 のんびりできました！ シャンプーとコンディショナーの香りが最高でした。

特別な一軒家体験 特にありません。 家が素敵で、スペースにも余裕があり家族でリラックスして過ごせました。一歳の娘が楽しくハイハイしていました。

강력 추천 역이랑 가깝고 근처에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 출금해서 외출하기 좋아요. 기대 이상의 청결함•안락함•편리함에 아주 만족합니다. 침구도 진짜 폭신하고 부들부들해서 똑같은거 사가고 싶을정도입니다. 제경우 샤워실도 특별히 붐비는 일 없이 여유있게 지낼 수 있었어요. 체크인 시간도 여유있어서 급하게 준비하지 않아 좋았어요. 오사카에 또 온다면 다시 예약할겁니다! 청소나 잠자리 등 신경 많이 써주시는 상냥한 사장님들 덕분입니다. 🙂 허리가 아파서 이것저것 여쭤봤는데 일 하시는 와중에도 열심히 알아봐주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 🫶🏻 덕분에 남은 여행을 잘 다닐 수 있을 것 같아요😘 감사합니다!!!❤️

Perfect stay for a solo traveler It’s worth noting that because the walls between the rooms are not that thick, you can easily hear if the guest next to you is moving around or getting ready. Also, be careful if you bring a heavy luggage, because the stairs is quite steep. Everything is lovely; it’s super cozy, very clean, provides so many facilities. I can sleep comfortably without being disturbed by any noise. They also provide a guide to help us reach the location, which is very helpful! The owner is also communicative and kindly answered any questions I have.

Cool concept! This is a very central area! Busy with night life- you can hear the fun coming from outside. I really like the concept of the travelers maintaining the space. It was so clean and the facility is very modern.

Perfect place worth recommending! sleeping room wasn’t a separated space so it might be troublesome for someone to sleep while the others still use kitchen or bathroom… really great and helpful personnel answering to the questions right away (via phone before check in), sending photos and explaining every detail, not to mention a possibility to come inside the hotel before check in! leaving luggage, resting a little bit was what I needed 🙂

Value for money The dormitory was new, clean and big space, very comfortable, location are good, I will recommend friends if they go Osaka. I really really like this dormitory 👍🏻

My second time staying here Nothing in particular. The room slippers easily slipped off, but maybe that’s just because of my socks.. Even after past checkout time (12PM), I was allowed to leave my suitcase here until late afternoon, and I’m very grateful for that. I also forgot to bring a travel adaptor with me, I only brought a power bank – but thank God the wall outlets in the room is equipped with USB charging port! I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I come to Osaka 😊

また泊まりたいです 大阪でお邪魔する予定だった友達がコロナになってしまったため、急遽利用しました。 1泊あたりのお値段も凄く良心的で、清潔感もあり、泊まっている方も親切な方ばかりだったように感じます。 アメニティも綿棒やケープなどまであり、充実していました。 また機会があれば利用したいです！

Clean, friendly, helpful, and quiet, so I loved it! I didn’t have a problem with this, but it’s self check-in, and contact via messages, so if someone has any problems doing this, then be aware this is how it’s done at this location. For me, it was totally fine though! Fantastic location, speedy replies to any questions, super friendly and very helpful via messages, and couldn’t ask for an honestly quieter place to stay, even though they said it might be loud due to the location. Loved our stay here, and definitely plan to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

女性ひとりで、さっと泊まるにはちょうどいい。 大阪、梅田から徒歩の距離でこのコスパで清潔感ある宿で有り難い。ベッドも広めでカーテン付き。駅からナビを見ないと迷ったのと、周辺は飲み屋や夜の店の呼び込みも多くしつこいナンパもよくあるので、それさえクリアすれば全体コスパよしで、 基本宿にスタッフさんはいないが、 電話やメールですぐ対応してくれるので問題なし。冷蔵庫、タオル、歯ブラシ、耳栓があるのが嬉しい。若い方が多いので、朝方から生活音がどんどん雑に大きく、ベッドから荷物をほったり、飛んだりする音がするので、耳栓はした方がいいかも。他はバッチリ

It was a short stay but I was able to rest enough because the property is comfortable to stay in. I like the cleanliness of the property. It also offers a lot of free stuff which is very convenient.

Very good The stairs were looks steep but it was fine. A little bit difficult for those who have a big suitcase. The only thing that bothered me was when I am trying to sleep some of the guests stayed so late and walked around a lot. Even if I had the earplug it distracts my sleep. I really liked the guide map they share on google drive. That was very helpful to find the guest house. It was clean and comfortable.

Very Good It can get noisy if other tenants are getting ready in the morning. I have a huge luggage so having to carry it on the stairs to 2nd floor is tough (my fault for not checking if there’s stairs) The facility is clean and comfortable! The bed is also quite spacious and it is located quite near to Umeda station.

최고 シャワー室(脱衣所)にもゴミ箱が欲しいと感じました。備え付けのシャンプーが髪質に合わず、自分で持ってきた使い切りのシャンプーを使ったのですがそのゴミや、使い終わった生理用品などを捨てれるゴミ箱が欲しいです。

Exceptional Nothing! Like everyone else said, be prepared for some noise, but that is normal given the dormitory set up. This was amazing for the price! The place is so clean and nicely decorated, the bed was soooo comfy, and the location was perfect with tons to do in Umeda. Highly recommend.

Clearn, comfortable and great communication Hard to find this hostel even we received the directions with pictures. Google Maps was slow and just confused me, so I had to ask local people who tried to find the hostel with me. I didn’t notice the hostel and passed by. It is on the very narrow aisle, and the sign is small on the door. Clean and comfortable women only hostel sharing common space with quiet and respectful other guests. Close from Osaka Station.

빌라 펜트하우스 텐마 (Villa Penthouse Tenma)

관리자가 상주하는 것이 아니기때문에 저녁에 생기는 문제는 해결하기가 어려웠습니다 2박머물렀습니다 1층이 방이었는데 저녁부터 옆에 기계실에서 계속 이상한 소리가 나면서 1시간이 지속되었습니다 관리자가 상주하는 숙소가 아니기때문에 바로 해결하기가 어려웠고 이틀내내 소리가 들리며 잠들기가 어려웠습니다 1일차에 메일을 보내 해결을 요청했으나 방문해서 체크해주는 일도없었습니다 축제 위치에 가장 적합한 곳이어서 예약했지만 아쉬웠습니다 세탁기를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다

아주 만족했습니다 늦은 체크인, 이른 체크아웃?! 저는 큰 영향이 없었지만 오전에 와서 밤에가시는분들은 조금 불편할거같아요! 청결에 평이 안좋길래 걱정했는데.. 깨끗합니다! 아파트에 돌돌이도 있어서 간단한 먼지들도 제거 가능하구요 전자렌지등 가전들이 있어서 숙소에서 뭐먹기 좋고! 역이랑 가깝습니다!

잘다녀왔습니다 4인가족이 4일이나 지냈는데 중간에 수건 교체없이 빨아서 사용함. 미리 예약하는 웹 오류로 미리 체크인 못함. 문의하는 곳 연락처 등 없음. 1층 밖이 다 보여 창문 못 열고 지냄. 지하철 바로 옆이라 24시간 내내 기차소리 들음. 문 닫아도 크게 들림. 사진보다 훨씬 좁음.

가격대비 너무 좋아요 진짜 일본에서 이 가격에 이렇게 넓은 숙소인 점부터 추천드리고, 가정집처럼 생겨서, 매일 아침마다 영화 너의 이름은 남주 체험 가능합니다. 그리고 숙소 바로 앞에, 진짜 바로 앞에 지하철 지나다녀서 시끄러울 수 있는데, 3층 위로 배정받으면 정말 바로 앞에서 지하철이 지나가는 진광경 볼 수 있어서 추천드려요.

추천 위치가 애매하긴 하지만 걸어서 3분거리에 지하철 있어서 교통편은 좋아요~ 근처에 시장?도 있어서 먹을 거리도 많고 좋아요.

Superb It was a bit dusty in certain areas (behind and underneath the beds). Not much space for eating unless you sit on the floor next to the beds. Very close to Temma station but still very quiet (except for the train running by right beside you but after half an hour after checking in, my group was able to ignore the sound but the rooms do provide earplugs if needed). Probably one of the most spacious places I’ve been to in Japan overall, with each room easily hosting a family of 4 with no issues. The host contacted me when the battery for the automatic lock needed to be changed and provided great service if I had any questions.

Great! It was located right next to the subway, so there was a bit of noise, but we didn’t care. But if you’re sensitive, you should consider it. I was moved by the neat room and careful interior. The washing machine, bathtub, refrigerator, kitchen were all perfect. However, I was embarrassed because there was no e-mail guide on how to check-in. I made an inquiry on the phone before departure, but I was in trouble because I didn’t know the password for the entrance when I went there believing that I could check in on the computer when I arrived. I fixed problem on the phone, but I don’t know why I didn’t get an email. I’d like you to check it more carefully. Other than that, the condition and location of the room were really good.

Perfect stay in Osaka! Station close to JR Loop Line so great for traveling to Osaka station. Nothing but the check in and check out tablet was a bit confusing because there are buttons for that in the screen but you actually don’t need to use the tablet. The place offers a self check-in procedure. The rooms were huge for what we paid for. There were a lot of guest supplies as well and the place is close to a 7/11, Don Quijote, and Mcdonalds. It is a 5 minute walk to the JR Temma Station (just walk straight from the right exit). Amenities are also complete including vacuum, iron, washing machine, stove, kitchenware, etc.

Great apartment in great location! I was so happy with my stay in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything I needed for a longer stay, including a very good washing maschine. The location is great if you want to be in the Tenma-area with a lot of exhiting nightlife. It’s also not too far from the subway/train station. It is right next to the railtracks though, so some people might find it too noisy. I didn’t mind and have allready booked for a second stay.

Convenient location, good value Train noise was manageable by closing all the doors in the rooms, but the ceilings are thin so people walking in the apartment upstairs could be heard. They did provide ear plugs for the noise. Location is superb. The property is a 5 mins walk from Tenma station, Tenjinbashi shopping street and Tenma market. Plenty of good eateries around. Every essential for making simple meals was provided – cutlery, cooking utensils, scrubs for washing. Washing machine and powder was provided and there was a balcony and multi hangers to hang clothes. Room was spacious for Japanese standards and we had space to unpack 2 luggages.

Holiday Trip to Osaka Have booked a stay for 7nights. The apartment is great with all the amenities provided. The location is great. Only required to walk about 4mins to temma station. I have recommended this apartment and he has booked for his stay at this apartment during early January 2023. Would definitely book again for my next trip to Osaka! 🙂

Nice property near transit and food. Entrance was cramped but not really an issue. Dehumidifier would be very useful especially for the summers. Nice little property near the train station. It was clean and comfortable. QR code to translate how to use the amenities was super useful especially for the air conditioner 😁.

Value for money Place is great, convenient, well equipped , 5 walk from jr temma stations but a little dark alley at night. A noise from train if u a hard sleeper definitely bother you. Convenient self check in.

awful place, waste of money. the noise from the trains on room 103 was unbearable. contacted the company only to be told to use earplugs, I told them there were a funny smell in the room too. we couldn’t sleep, we ended up moving to another hotel and leaving the baggage in this hotel. we went to Kyoto which ended up cheaper. they should really reimburse me, there were also bugs, my daughter and I have the same marks from our stay there. we were in Tokyo before and no bites at all. I wouldn’t recommend people to stay. the room is lovely.

Cramped and situated near railway We booked a triple, as 2 X double beds in a small room. Beds were very small – too small to comfortably sleep my 2 teenage boys. Very near train line (loud), and industry. Not a bad choice if in a spot, but larger beds would help.

Superb Location couldn’t be better! Steps away from Temma station son easy access to osaka loop line.

최고 The subway, groceries were all within five mins walk.there were nine of us do we had the whole floor to ourselves. There was a red light district though near the subway after 1030pm..so not advisable to walk with kids at night there. Other then that, therez a good blend of fast food as well as local food there

Dirty and bad management system . Dirty. We found lots of rubbish and dust underneath of the bed, pubic hair in the bathroom. When I rang them to complained, staff apologized. So I gave them second chance to clean up properly. But next day, they just picked up big rubbish. I rang again, but that male staff were getting upset with me as I was very angry about how they cleaned the room. I couldn’t stay their anymore, as I have bad house dust allergy. We were supposed to enjoy 5nights, but we decided to leave 3days earlier. On the check out day, 10am is check out time, but cleaning guy tried to came in. eventually he unlocked our room before 10 am! Building management should communicate with cleaner companies better and should check their job occasionally. They ruined our holiday in Japan. We will never come back again. Close to the station . Convenient store is close.

Great value Short distance to a JR Station, convenience shop and mall strips nearby. Ear plugs provided if the tram noise level is too much for you (tolerable for me). Walls may be thin (can hear noises from next door). Would suggest providing kitchen paper towel, and the kitchen sink is very small. Room is smallish for 2 medium-sized suitcases.

Pleasant The room looked bigger in the photos than in person. We were expecting two queen beds but were given two full size. We stayed at a small place in Tokyo but this place was even smaller, no living room space at all, small walkways even when the luggages are kept closed and upright. When I say this place is conveniently near a train station, it is literally right next to the train tracks, so it was hard to sleep at night. Our bidet wasn’t working at all. There was this musty smell that constantly wafts in from the restroom/bathroom area and around the place (could potentially be due to a bad drainage system). Late check-in time (4PM) is very inconvenient. I’m okay with 3PM but 4PM is unreasonable, and I felt uncomfortable with leaving my luggages outside of the place (The instructions also weren’t clear whether we can leave our stuff inside or outside). Space in the lobby to hold luggages for guests would be helpful. I would say the place looks better in the photos than in person. The beds were comfortable and the place had the amenities it promised. The restroom is separated from the bathroom so different people can do their businesses at the same time. It is conveniently located near the main JR Osaka Loop – Temma station. The host was responsive to our questions.

Good clean facility! We stayed for 7 days. The facility is nice, clean, and reasonably priced, 5 minutes walk to Temma station. It’s next to a train line so you can hear trains but it isn’t loud and it didn’t bother us. Would stay again.

Excellent price, excellent location Loved everything, no complaints and I was actually very surprised about how spacious it is.

Exceptional AC was a bit hard to get working , would have liked some instructions for how to properly operate it. The nearby JR line wasn’t as crowded as all the other locations we could have stayed at. The lively shopping dinning area of Temma Station offered good dining choices for local food.

매우 좋음 딱히 없었던 것 같아요 위치는 역도 가깝고 크게 나쁘지 않았습니다 여권이 든 가방을 잃어버렸었는데 일단 체크인을 하게 해주셔서 고마웠어요. 숙소는 혼자 편하게 쓰기 딱 좋은 크기였어요 깔끔하고 수압도 괜찮았고 그냥 편안했습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 편했어요

잘 묵고 갑니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 시설도 깔끔하고 위치도 지하철 역에서 가까워서 잘 이용하고 갑니다. 위생에서 별 하나를 지운 이유는 에어컨과 환풍구 먼지 때문이니 여름이 다시 오기전에 한번 청소를 하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 다음에 다시 묵고 싶습니다 🙂

최고였습니다. 3일 투숙하였습니다. 3시보다 이른시간에 도착하였지만, 추가요금없이 체크인 하였고, 인원수 대로 방키를 준 것도 좋았고, 방도 깨끗하고 너무 완벽했습니다. 조금 방이 좁은게 흠이지만, 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 재방문의사 99프로입니다. ㅎ

메트로역, 버스정류소 바로 옆이고 크고 긴 재래시장 같은게 100미터 거리라 식당도,마트도 가까웠어요. 좁은 방은 어쩔수 없고 있을거 다 있습니다. 식사는 일삭으로만이나 충분했고 맛있고 커피도 있네요.

ウィークデーに利用するなら最高 出来てから１年未満ということもあり、部屋や館内はとても綺麗。 シングルで予約したが、当日は客が少なかったのか、ダブルの部屋を用意していただき、ホテル側の心遣いを感じた。 店員さんの対応も良かった。 地下鉄駅や高速道路の出入口にも近く、立地的には申し分ない。 飲食店や居酒屋が近くにあるので、素泊まりでも食事の心配はない。 強いて残念な点を挙げるとしたら、自動販売機の品数が少なすぎるというところだが、近くにコンビニがあるので、致命的な欠点にはならないと思う。 一般的には安かろう悪かろうだと思うが、このホテルは別格。 ウィークデーだから安かったのかもしれないが、この料金でこれだけのホテルというのは、これまでに経験がない。 次に大阪に来る機会があれば必ず利用すると思う。

便座が冷たい 久々に冷たい便座に座った。今年の夏オープンって書いてあったような。なのに？って思いました。ま、それが違ってても。古いホテルならともかく、きれいだったのに、今時って思いました。駅近だけど、すこしわかりにくかった。

Convenient and Clean Despite the space being relatively small, I will recommend hotels under APA company especially if you are travelling solo. Fit a luggage and the bed is huge for one person. I love the fact that the place is clean and it is new. Contemporary design. Best part is it is less than 5minutes walk from the Minami Morimachi station. Super convenient. Room has hairdryer, TV, bathtub, water heater, all the toiletries including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The hotel provides mineral waters too. I will definitely look for APA next time when I am back in Japan indefinitely.

Looks wow but nothing exceptional… The room was quite small. There is not an hall with table and chairs when somebody can sit for example while waiting for the laundry or writing postcards…. Just a normal hotel for a few nights…

最高でした！ 新しいホテルなので綺麗なのは当然だと思いますが、それでも綺麗に掃除をされてるなと関心しました。お客の目線で掃除や配置、設備を置かれてるなと感じました！ とにかくコンセントが多くて二人での利用でも全く困らず、延長コードを持参してましたが必要ありませんでした。トイレットペーパーも好みのやつで本当に快適に過ごさせて頂きました！ 清掃員の方々の挨拶も大変気持ちよくなりました！また利用絶対にさせて頂きます！

Very nice with excellent location The room is quite small but all necessities are available. Near MRT, near shopping district. I love the sheets. The Comfort Room is state of the art, check in and check out no hassle. They charge you if you check in early but you can leave your luggage at the concierge

Ultimate comfort It was a little difficult to communicate with the lobby receptionist. Maybe having a higher standard of English fluency for the position would be nice, but honestly it was a minor inconcenience. The bed is lovely and the room is very, very clean.

가격대비 정말 넓고 깨끗한 방 역에서 500미터 정도 떨어진 곳에 위치해있는 숙소입니다. 시설도 좋고 깨끗하며, 투숙객을 위한 보드게임, 게임기 등이 구비되어 있어요. 집주인 분도 정말 친절하고 좋은 분이셔서 지내는 동안 너무 좋았습니다!

Clean, homey place The apartment is clean and modern, suitable for all types of traveler, from couples to families. Host is nice and expensive. The only downside is the distance to public transport, despite being at the center of three subway stations. None is really close and even though we don’t mind walking, it becomes inconvenient when having luggage.

まったり出来ました✌️ お風呂で洗面所まで水が飛んでしまうところです。。 何より非現実的な雰囲気とプロジェクターと上のスピーカーです。 映画観たり音楽を楽しませて頂きました〜！ BBQもしていなくて、設備を完全に利用出来なかったのですが、楽しめました！ 次こそはBBQも楽しみたいです。

家族でのんびり過ごすことが出来、本当に良かったです。 特にありません。 どうしても探してしいて言えば、年寄りには湯船に入るのにはちょっとしんどいかなと思ったぐらいです。 必要なものがちゃんと揃っていたり、テラスでガス火のBBQができる所。

大変快適でしたので、また利用したいと思います。 宿泊施設の近隣の道路幅は狭小ですので、大きな車での走行には気を付けなければならないですね。 改装された室内は、古民家の雰囲気を残しながらもプロジェクターを設置していたり、コーヒーメイカーを設備していたりで、快適な室内環境でした。また、テラスには野外ホースも設備しておりましたので助かりました。

心安らぐ場所 とくにないです。 バルコニーでバーベキューができてよかったです。宿周辺もとても静かで、海がすぐ近くで気持ちよかったです。

広くて快適には過ごせるけどもう泊まらない。 部屋の掃除が隅々まではされてなくて埃が気になった。フロントがないからどこから入ればいいかわからなかった。電話して鍵を受け取ることになる。 駅から遠い。 ふつうのマンションなので部屋が広くてキッチンも洗濯機もあった。私は使わなかったけどホテルというより生活できる空間。

大満足 私と子ども2人(1歳、4歳)、母と姉の計5人での宿泊。 経営されてるご夫婦の印象がとても良い。笑顔で優しく丁寧。 専用の無料駐車場が目の前で、部屋まで荷物を出し入れするのにとても便利だった。車に忘れ物があっても、20秒もかからず取りに行けるので苦にならない。 部屋全体が綺麗。 飾ってある絵画が素敵。 食器や調理器具もあるので、長期滞在にも向いている。しかもキッチンが広い。 電子レンジやケトルもあるのが嬉しい。 和室も洋室もあるので、子連れやグループ利用でも使い勝手が良い。 ユニットバスではなく、洗い場のついたお風呂が高ポイント。 シャンプーはもちろん、メイク落としや洗顔料もあって助かった。 朝食も美味しく、出来立てを食べられて幸せだった。 これだけ大満足なのに、宿泊料も安く驚きである。 ホテルに泊まるより良いと思った。 また泊まりたいと思う。

Superb everything so convenient and very fast wifi

An apartment “home” away from home in Higashiosaka! 5-min to nearest station! There’s nothing much to fault! I can see this accommodation being comfortable for travelling families or groups of friends. Now that the borders are open…for visiting non-resident foreigners who are thinking of staying here, a gentle reminder that having a conscious effort to bridge the language barrier is necessary (bare minimum, really). Meeting our hosts halfway by using basic Japanese, doing gestures and translating our questions on an app and showing them helped us all have a comfortable stay. Gallery Compass felt like home away from home in Higashiosaka! It’s a standard apartment space, maybe a 1LDK (?). It has a separate bedroom, a living room with tatami, a dining area and wonderfully equipped kitchen! They have a dishwasher! (We only stayed for a night so we didn’t cook.) For a group of 5, we fit comfortably in the apartment – 3 friends slept in the living room with futons provided and my husband and I slept in the bedroom. There was enough space for everyone to hang out together and to go into for privacy. We loved how clean and tidy the space was, and for the price of our stay for one night was very well worth it! The closest station (Yaenosato) is 5 min walk away. Convenient! Our hosts were very prompt with communication – all in Japanese, but that can be easily translated on an app!. The day before, I had asked the hosts if we could come by early to leave our luggage and check in later at the listed time. They were very gracious to allow us to check in at the time we came to leave our things. This is not the usual policy with most accommodations I had stayed in, so I was pleasantly surprised! Our host met us at the front of the building when we didn’t really know where to look. He let us in the apartment and gave us the keys. With the help of a translator app, my broken Nihongo and gestures, we could communicate! We covered all the basic house rules and decided what time breakfast will be the next morning. They had signs displayed with some English too (eg.: don’t fold the futon and put it back in the closet on the day you’re leaving). Then our lovely hostess made breakfast for us. It was served at the café at the ground floor. It was a lovely, light meal of salad, scrambled eggs and bacon, served with either coffee or tea. We also got 2 rounds of toast with butter! Will definitely stay here again when we come visit Osaka again!

Staying in a typical Japanese apartment. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The Apartman was a bit small, but well equipped. In walking distance there is a big supermarket and a train station. We went by car there so it was very convenient having a free parking lot in front of the apartment. The hosts offered breakfast with coffee.

강력 추천 3명이 3일 숙박을 하는데 작은수건이 4개..큰수건이 4개밖에 없어서 불편했습니다. 비가와서 세탁도 못하는데 여유분이 있었으면 더욱좋왔겠어요 전철역에서 가까워서 교통이 좋왔습니다. 내부시설도 깨끗하고 기본양념이나 냄비등이 있어서 좋왔습니다.

최고 We didn’t meet the owner in person, though, SUMIDA was really helpful over the phone. The place was great, can walk to station and other shops around. If we ever come back to Osaka as a group, we will stay SUMIDA place again.

快適 和室のホットカーペットが気になった。 (赤ちゃんがいたので、衛生的な面で気になった) 和室の引き戸がやや硬かった(開け閉めが若干しにくかった) あと、クレジットカード決済が、booking.com経由じゃない形だったのが残念でした。 (booking.com経由だとクレジットカードのポイントが付くが、それが付けられなかった) 小さい子どもと一緒に過ごしやすい環境でした。 間取りの広さも良く、新築のような家で快適でした。 寝るときも静かで、備品も揃っており、助かりました。 また利用したいと思います。

お風呂 お風呂の写真が無かったので、少し不安でしたが、すごく綺麗でした。備え付けのシャンプーや、アメニティーなども充実しており、快適に宿泊できました。 近くにスーパーやコンビニが徒歩圏内にあるのもすごくよかったです。
