가족 여행으로 정말 좋은 숙소!! 특별히 없습니다. 매우 완벽했습니다. 1. 호스트가 매우 친절했습니다. – 태풍을 대비하여 식사와 간식, 랜턴 등을 준비해주어 감동받았습니다. 2. 가까운 곳에 코인 세탁기가 있습니다. 3. 가까운 거리에 식당과 전철역이 있습니다. 4. 방이 깨끗하고 매우 편안했습니다.

오사카에서 묵었던 중 상위권 엘레베이터가 없으니 다리관절이 안 좋거나 발이 안좋으신분들은 좀 줄편할수도 있습니다. 역에서 부터의 거리도 나쁘지 않고 주변에 편의점 및 세탁소도 있습니다. 4층을 예약하면 테라스가 주어지고 간단한 주방용품도 주어지고 무엇보다 직원분이 엄청 친절합니다.

강력 추천 방음이 잘 안돼요 방이 아주 좋았어요. 호스트는 친절했고 방도 엄청 넓어요.

Superb It could be better with washing machine, cause we travelled in summer with 3 nights stay, laundry service is a must. Jen is very friendly and helpful. It is a very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 3 nights and felt comfortably, my partner loved watching free Netflix provided by Jen.

Fantastic place to stay and close by to convenient locations. The location was close to convivence store and the subway station. It was a big room and felt very relaxing and had a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and polite, she answered questions and provided advice on places to eat. I felt very well looked after. The instructions on how to get to the place were accurate and easy to follow.

Lots of thanks to the owner of the house who gave us a comfortable and warm accommodation during our stay in Osaka. Nothing I like the cozy atmosphere and all the thoughtful facilities.

가족이 쉬기 편안한 곳 여름이라 역까지 걸어가는 것이 좀 지쳤지만 두 역이 상대적으로 8분 정도 거리에 있어서 이동할때 편했어요 ! 카카오택시 불렀는데 카카오 택시도 오더라구여 ! 추천합니다

Spacious and very clean room! nothing The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to use iron for my clothes but they didn’t have the ironing board so she bought it for us. The room is super spacious and clean. It has everything you need.

Like your home away from home 🙂 Jen is a professional host, she prepared everything even welcome snacks. The room is bigger than in the pictures and give us a cosy feeling. Happy stay and 100% recommended.

Fully-equipped Japanese studio in a convenient local neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. There is nothing negative about the place and to me a perfect accommodation choice. Just be aware that it is a short walk between the Tengachaya station and there is no elevator to in the building and the stairs are relatively narrow (for people with reduced mobility). The host is so friendly and helpful, and absolutely did her best to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The residential neighborhood lets you be surrounded by great local restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is spacious and fully-equipped. The tatami bed is amazingly comfortable and great even for foreigners. I will visit it again when I come to Osaka.

必須推薦的漂亮民宿💓 因爲自駕遊，所以host很早就提供了附近停車場位置和收費詳情給我們(¥800/24hrs)，即日更改了check-in時間host也能為我們安排💓 人超好💓 而且很nice👧🏻 只有樓梯可能要注意一下~ 能安排雙人或雙床房，房間很漂亮很乾淨，有睡房和小客廳、廚房，還有一個驚喜就是有一個蠻大的露台!!! 但風景就是附近民宅🤣 門口位置有很便宜的咖啡和泡麵提供購買~ 只睡了一晚覺得有點可惜~

Your Osaka home away from home It’s a bit far from the train station 😅 but you’ll get used to the walk(exercise) Very well maintained and modernized. Amenities were provided, even ear plugs! We had a very comfortable stay, from check-in to check-out. Staff is very accommodating with some of our inquiries.😊

Exceptional Jen’s place is much roomier than the pictures depict, which is a definite bonus. It was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door to see how much space our family of four had. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of basic kitchen items that made our meals very easy to make. Jen is great at communicating and greeted us upon arrival. She is very kind and helpful and we feel lucky to have stumbled upon her place when booking. We would definitely book here again!

Superb Stay The location is just slightly further away from the city but no big deal! We were amazed that this room is so much bigger than what we expect! It was such a spacious and cozy stay, we can finally have a good rest here after a week of traveling in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto. Thank you for the sufficient utilities that Jen’s House provide – there’s even Netflix!

We chose this apartment not because of the price, not because of the location, but because of how it looks. A cozy livin — The apartment is incredibly comfortable, as if you are at home, but in its improved version.

オーナーさんありがとうございます。 この場所に入っていく道、ホテルの前の道がちょっと狭い　 良くないわけではないが使わせて頂いた冷蔵庫の下が冷凍だと思わず、下に飲み物入れたら朝全部凍っていた笑 下が冷凍、上が冷蔵の表示があれば良いと思います 部屋が可愛くて綺麗で広め オーナーさん優しい ゴミ袋やお菓子ありがたい エアコン効きが良い

最高 なかったです。 お部屋もきれいで、広くて快適な旅ができました。 管理人さんもとても親切にしていただき助かりました。

NICE PLACE TO STAY – 2 STATIONS AWAY FROM NAMBA A bit cramped for us 5 but it’s manageable. Just don’t book with 6 or more people. The place is near hanazonocho station (2 stations away from namba, dotonbori) which really helped us lessen our travel time. There’s also mcdonald, local supermarket, daiso, and restaurants near the place. The couple, who owns the place, was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. They respond to our requests and questions despite asking late at night. Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable and hassle free.

가마가사키 예술대학 카페 가든 게스트 하우스 (Kamagasaki University of the Arts Cafe Garden Guest House aka KAMAGEI)

최고의 게스트하우스입니다. 예약조건을 변경해야 했기에 급작스럽게 문의를 했습니다. 그때 일본의 다른 숙소와는 다르게 최대한 고객 편의적으로 맞춰주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 시설이 최신식은 아니지만 청결하고 스탭분들은 최고로 친절합니다. 일본식 조식도 400엔에 먹을 수 있고 가격대비 최고의 게스트하우스라고 생각합니다. 위치도 돈부츠마에역에서 5분 신이마미아역에서 10분거리로 매우 편리합니다. 다만 게스트하우스 가는 길에 단란주점이 몇개 있지만, 유동인구가 많기에이기에 다른분들이 말씀하시는 것처럼 위험한 지역은 아닙니다. 다음에 오사카 지역을 방문한다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

즐거운 오사카 여행이었습니다! 제 기준으로는 딱히 없었습니다! 저녁 시간에 일본 가정식을 체험해 볼 수 있어서 무지 흥미로웠습니다!

오사카 첫번째 숙소 오사카 도착해서 처음으로 방문한 숙소.. 4인실에 머물렀는데 우연히 2박동안 다른 게스트가 없어서 혼자서 조용히 잘 보낼 수 있었네요. 스텝은 아주 친절하였고 지내는 동안 불편함은 없었습니다. 가격 대비 아주 훌륭한 게스트하우스 였던 것 같습니다.

전반적으로 매우 만족스럽다! 와이파이가 자꾸 끊겼으며 술집 거리 가운데에 위치해있어 여자 혼자 밤늦게 다니기엔 약간 무섭다. 직원분들 가운데 영어 가능한분도 계시고 서비스가 매우 좋았음. 침실 욕실도 매우 깔끔하다!

It was lovely place 좋습니다. Location is pretty good. Dobutsuenmae is close to namba, so you can easily move with pass card. And the station is close to guest house(about 3 minutes). house was very clean and has unique designs. When I first arrived, one traveller sang to owner’s baby with piano in garden(maybe). Very good experience and I will go again if I re-visit Osaka. 주유패스 있으면 숙소 위치 괜찮구요 분위기 되게 특이하면서도 깔끔합니다. 방은 생각보다 조금 작지만 자는 데에 문제 없구요 옥상에서 쉬면서 (흡연자는 담배도 피면서) 바깥 공기 맡으면서 하루 정리 하면 딱 좋습니다.

가성비 쩌는 만족감 게스트하우스 많이 다녀본 후기입니다.(대구, 대전, 순천, 부산 게스트다녀봄) 한국게스트하우스보다 조금 높거나 비슷한가격. 할인받아서 6만원초반때 3박함. 도부쓰엔마에(動物園前)지하철역에서 걸어서 5분거리. 샤워시설, 세면시설, 화장실, 샤워실 만족스러운수준. 건물자체는 오래됐으나, 내무시설은 코팅나무로 인테리어해서 깔끔하게 유지함. 딱 게스트하우스 급. 단점이라면 조금만더 남쪽으로 내려간다면 우범지대라고 함. 상점가에 위치하고 있는데 밤에 취객들이 지나다님. 조식이 안됌.

강력 추천 특별히 없습니다. 스태프가 굉장히 친절했습니다. 숙소는 빈티지 풍이었는데 공간 곳곳에 사연들이 숨어 있었어요. 일본어를 조금이라도 할 줄 안다면 스태프와 대화를 통해 특별한 사연을 들을 수도 있습니다. 저는 특히 그 점이 흥미로웠어요. 특히 마을 주민들과 함께 판 우물에서 물을 깃는 체험도 할 수 있었고 그 정원에서는 종종 음악회가 있는 것 같았습니다. 제가 간 날엔 보사노바 음악이 연주되고 있었는데 너무 좋았어요.

진심 가격 대비 완전 좋았음 나 8인실 썼는데 딱히 블편한 점 많이 없었음. 숙소도 역이랑 그리 멀지 않음. 역에서 나와서 쭉 일자로만 나가면 숙소나옴. 좀 옛날 술집거리 같은 느낌이긴한디 난 갠찮앗음(나여자)그리고 여기서 만난 사람들이랑 술마시고 떠들고 하는거 재밌었음ㅋㅋㅋ존좋이었음ㅋㅋ하룻밤에 거의 1만 5천원 정도라 갠차는듯ㅇㅇ. 그리고 난 이용 못햇는데 조식인가 점심인가 700엔 내면 준다함ㅇㅇ.밥 딴데서 먹을거 아니면 먹어보는거도 나쁘지 않을듯

다 깨끗하고 시트도 냄새안났는데… 저는 4인1실을 사용했는데 같은방에 있던 한국인 남자애가 빨래를 쌓아놔서 그런지 쿰쿰내가 진동을 했어요ㅠㅠ 진짜 다른 위생문제인가해서 여기저기 냄새 다맡아뵜는데 침대 매츠며 시트며 커튼이며 아무 냄새도 안나더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 같은 방 사람을 잘만나는게 큰복인듯 싶어요 그리고 제발 한국 남자들 동영상볼땐 이어폰좀 끼고 봅시당 부끄러워요ㅠㅠ

가격대비 매우 만족함 4 베드룸 3명이서 사용했고 이틀 숙박하는동안 불편함없이 지냄 주인 할머니랑 형들이 매우 친절하고 편하게대해주심 할머니는 일본어만 하시고 형들은 영어로도 대화하심 지하철역에서 3분정도 걸어가면 도착하고 24시간 열려있어서 늦게오든 빨리오든 상관없음 샤워실 화장실 다 깨끗함

코코룸 3일간 이용하였고 시장내에 있어 식품사기도 좋았고 시장 골목골목 로컬맛집이 있어서 좋았으며 일본어랑 영어도 잘못했지만 너무친절하게 이해되게끔 설명해주셨습니다! 또한 늦은시간에도 자유롭게 다닐수 있어서 진짜 좋았어요!! 샤워시설도 너무좋았고 가격대비짱입니다! 다시 갈 의향 100%!!!

그가격에 그호텔 가성비를 따지자면 나쁘진 않지만 고시원만한 방에 청소상태도 별로고 방음도 안되고(그래서 tv도 이어폰 끼고 봐야되고) 에어콘청소도 안해서 먼지 엄청있고 그래서 켜놓고 시간지나야 시원해지고 직원도 일본치고는 친절하진 않음 결론은 나쁘진 않았지만 좋은것도 없고 오사카 처음이라 그쪽이 할렘가라해서 경험삼아 한전 가봤을뿐 다음주터는 그쪽 동네 숙소 잡을일 없어요 ㅎ

니시나리 호텔중 가성비 가장좋습니다. 오사카에 30회정도 다녀왔고 신이마미야역 근처 호텔에는 거의 숙박을 다 해봤습니다. Luck가격대에 침대 냉장고 에어컨 tv설치되어있는 호텔은 세손가락안에 들어요. 샤워장 하고 화장실 컨디션도 깔끔합니다.

혼자 자기 안성맞춤 지하철역하고 아주 가까워서 지하철이용하기도 아주 좋고 지하철 갈아타기도 아주 좋았어요 위치가 위치인지라 겁도 많이먹었는데 막상 가보니 별것도 아니더라구요 한국인분들께 강추합니다^^

혼자 간편히 이용하기 좋습니다. 역에서 충분히 다닐만한 거리고, 주변에 편의점도 있으니 간단한 먹거리 사오기도 좋고, 부대시설도 깔끔한 편입니다. 가성비면에서 충분히 추천할만 합니다.

저렴한가격의 1인실 저렴한 가격으로 1인실 이용가능한 곳 입니다. 혼자서 편하게 방을 쓴다는 것만으로도 매력적인곳! 게스트하우스를 자주 이용해서 편하게 잘 묵었습니다.

찾아가기는 어렵지않았습니다. 공용욕실과 공용화장실등이 불편하긴 하지만, 저렴한 여행객들이라면 좋습니다. 난바와 거리는 꽤 있습니다. 커플들은 고민해보는것이 좋습니다.

혼자 쓰기엔 적당 크게 불편한건 없고 난바에서는 좀 거리가 있는 편입니다.

우수 장점은 일단 가격이 정말 저렴함. 싼 가격 때문에 걱정했는데 방이 생각보다 깨끗하고 화장실과 샤워실도 깔끔했음. 제일 중요한 에어컨도 아주 잘 작동함. 1층에 전자레인지랑 그릇, 젓가락, 온수 나오는 기계 등등이 있음. 도부마츠에 역이랑 정말 가까워서 이동하기 편함. 단점은 방음이 전혀 안되고 화장실이 남녀 공용이라 눈치가 보임. 숙소 안에서 신발 말고 공용 슬리퍼를 신고 다녀야하는데 뭔가 찝찝함. 방이 정말 정말 작아서 캐리어를 펴둘 수가 없음. 아무래도 사람이 적은 곳이다보니 밤이 되면 살짝 무서움. 공용 샤워실 쓰기 불편하면 주변에 목욕탕이 몇군데 있는데 가보는걸 추천. 솔직히 이정도 가격이면 가성비 최고라고 생각함. 다만 예민한 사람에게는 비추천… 친구끼리 지내기에 아주 좋았음. 다음에도 묵을 의향 있음.

가격대비 아주 좋았어요! 오사카 여행만 4번째 인데 원래 가려던 숙소가 예약마감이라서 찾아본 김에 예약해서 가봤는데 엄청 친절하구요, 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋네요. 하나조노초 역에서 나오면 바로 있고 (밤에 보면 외관이 좀 어두워서 우리나라 모텔 느낌 나긴하는데요 아침에 보면 그냥 비지니스 호텔 같아서 괜찮아요ㅋㅋ)옆에 옥타마인가 마트도 있고 그 옆에 대존맛탱 라면집도 있고 숙소에 대한 불만은 진짜 아무것도 없었던 것 같네요. 여기가 신축이라서 후기가 없어서 아주조금 불안한 감 있긴 했는데 가격대비 강추고요. 다만 난바에서 오려면 한번 갈아타고 와야하는게 흠이라면 흠이긴한데 갈아타는것도 다이코쿠초에서 바로 갈아탈 수 있긴 한데 피곤한 여행자에게는 이것도 힘들더라구요. 숙소 자체에 대한 불만은 아무것도 없어용. 있을 거 다 있구요. 어차피 패스 쓸 거니까 교통문제도 없고. 마트도 바로 옆에 있고 패밀리마트도 길건너 맞은편에 있으니 불편한건 없어요. 모두들 즐거운 여행 하시길 바랍니다~!!!

좋았습니다~ 다른건 문제 없는데 이 동네 자체가 치안이 그렇게 좋지는 않은동네라.. 가족끼리 가기에는 조금 무리일 수도 있습니다 교통이 편해서 그나마 다행입니다. 아침이 맛있다고 하였는데.. 안타깝게도 아침을 하지 않아서 먹지는 못했습니다.. 다음엔 아침을 꼭 할때 갈 수 있기를 바랍니다.

가격/위치/편의시설 다 만족합니다. 이런 후기 처음 써보는데 일단 위치는 난카이선 타고 덴가차야 내리셔서 택시비 기본 또는 10분정도 걸으시면 됩니다. 그리고, 난바나 우메가쪽으로 갈 수 있는 지하철 라인이 2군데인데 우메다는 호텔 바로앞, 난바는 도보 5분정도 걸어가면 있습니다. 다른 분들 지하철역 근처라 소음 걱정하셨는데 제가 아주 예민한 편이라 걱정했는데 전혀 불편없이 잤습니다. 방음도 잘 되지만, 생각보다 지하철 선로하고 꽤 거리가 있습니다. 제일 좋았던 점은 방이 엄첨 넗다는 점. 물론 신축이라 편의시설 및 청결도도 우수합니다. 주위에 편의점들 있고, 바로 앞에 큰 마트가 있어 필요한거 싸게 구입도 가능합니다. 오사카 출장이 잦은 편이라 여러군데 다녀봤는데 제일 만족했던 숙소네요 담에 여행으로 올때 다시 예약할려고 합니다.

장점,단점 장점:새건물이라 깔끔.맛있는 조식.한국인 직원 계심.다들 친절하심. 아침일찍 체크아웃때 춥다고 프레젠또!하시며 손난로 주심.엘레베이터 3개.고층이었는데 야경 멋지고 전철 지나가는게 보여서 좋았음. 이불과 파자마 촉감 좋아서 잠이 솔솔. 바로 옆 24시간 마트있고 번화가와 떨어져있어서 조용함. 공항급행열차타고 덴가차야역?에 내려서 10분정도 하나조노초역까지 피곤한 비행때문에 뻣뻣한 몸 운동겸 걷기좋았음.호텔 바로 옆에 하나조노초역있음.난바에 숙소 안잡은게 다행..난바는 너무 정신없어요..난바랑 2정거장 거리. 단점:방에 가운,샤워타올이 없음.카운터에 문의하니까 파자마를 주셨어요.청소하시는직원이 깜빡했겠지 생각했는데 그 다음날에도 파자마가 방에 없었어요.또 달라고 했어요ㅠ그래서 그 다음날엔 관광후 올라가기전에 받고 올라갔어요.샤워타올은 원래 없다하시네요..돈키호테에서 샀어요… 왜없을까요.. 전객실이 금연방인지 몰랐어요. 아고다예약할때 흡연방 체크했는데ㅋ 흡연구역은 주차장에 있습니다~~ 그리고 방에서 담배피면 5만엔 청소비 지불해라고 적혀있더라구요 그래서 주차장 들락날락~~밤10시인가 11시인가 초인종을 눌러야 문을 열어줍니다^^;밤에 밖에서 담배피고 초인종 누를때 직원분이 귀찮지않을까 신경쓰임ㅠㅠ 청소에 신경써주셨음좋겠음.쓰레기는 쓰레기통만 비워주시고 주변 쓰레기는 손안대시고 그냥 줄맞춰 물건정리와 새수건만 채워주시는듯..바닥도 청소안해주시는것같음.버려야할것,버리면안되는것 구분을 못하시고 손님물건은 일체 손안대는것같음..폼클렌징 샘플 다 쓴것 욕실에 그대로..머리카락도 하수구 구멍에 그대로..그리고 청소해달라는 팻말을 걸어놔야함. 방음이 약함.옆방과 연결된문이 잠겨져있긴해도 한번씩 옆방 손님이 문고리를 돌려서 놀람ㅜ일행이면 문개방하고 놀기 좋을듯ㅋ사진을 자세히 보세요.문이 있어요 암튼 급하게 여행전날 항공권,호텔 예약한거라 그나마 저렴한곳 찾았는데 만족했어요~^^

최고 지하철역과 가까운곳에 위치하여 교통이 편리하였습니다. 또한 스태프분들이 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 간사이공항까진 걸어서 10분정도 거리에 있는 신이마미야역까지 걸어가야 하는데 캐리어 2개를 끌고도 갈만했습니다. 워킹홀리데이를 마무리하고 귀국을 하기위해 마츠야마에서 오사카를 갈 수 밖에 없었는데 마지막을 덕분에 잘 마무리하였습니다.

아주 좋아요 깨끗하고 친절합니다! 방도 넓고 아주 편했어요~ 가족들이랑 와도 아주 좋을거 같아요!

여행 숙소는 아니고 마지막날 잡기 좋은 호텔 여행 마지막날 난바 호텔이 진짜너무비싸서 라피트가 닿는 신이마미야역 근처로 잡은 호텔. 신이마미야역까지 도보 10분으로 약간 멀고 가는길이 좀 휑해서 무섭긴 하지만 바로 앞에 하나조코역이 있어서 시내 나갈땐 나쁘진 않음 난바에서 내려서 좀 걸어야하지만… 가격은 시내에서 먼걸 생각하면 약간 비쌌다. 하지만 난바 호텔비가 기본 30만으로 미쳐날뛰던 상황이라 합리적인 가격으로 묵었다고 생각한다… 방상태는 매우 좋고 리셉션 스태프분도 매우 친절하게 안내해주셨음. 부대시설은 이용해보지 않아서 모름.

Charge me with 6000 yen without any reason when we check in l, the staff require me to pay 6000 yen but did not give us any receipts. when we check out, the Hotel did not have any explanation on the charge. Very bad experience Also the curtain is totally not blackout, you can’t sleep after 6am

Value for money Pros: 1) Subway is nearby 2) Supermart is around the corner 3) The room is spacious and value for its money 4) Clean Cons: 1) a little far from the airport 2) before i came to osaka, i did contact to agoda how to go to the hotel from kansai airport but nobody replied. Quite a good choice Good: The room is big. It is near to the metro station. The room is also very clean. There is almost nothing to complain. Bad: It seems it is a popular choice of tour group and there are quite a number of noisy Chinese tour group during my stay. They keep making noise until 2am for a few nights. I am not sure it is just my bad luck or not.

An average hotel A 6-nights stay via 2 bookings (single occupancy in a double room 21sqm). Review based on the first 2 nights already stayed. Will not recommend female solo traveller. Request higher floor for good view, rooms facing McDonald would be noisy. They can provide you certain amenities and pyjamas (complimentary for my case but told my friend chargeable at 300 yen when he requested pyjamas) at the front desk. They managed to rent us a humidifier which is normally lending for free – Close to subway station – A 24 hours open supermarket 1 minute walk from hotel Cons – Space not efficient used. – (1) There is not a single drawer in the room. So I have to spread my stuff on the desk. – (2) I also need to use the only chair in the room as a bed side table (I would not use their head board as bed side table) – (3) USB port, socket and light control are all behind the pillow, it is not a comfortable nor safe design from my perspective – Very uncomfortable pillow so I am sleeping on a towel – Poor housekeeping. Dirty cups are not washed, desk was dusty, quilt with stains, shower curtain stained with shampoo I used for the night before – No coin laundry. There is a self laundry 1 min walk away from hotel, but I would not use it by its look. No laundry line in bathroom either, so I am hanging my laundry with the towel rack leaving clean towels on bed – No humidifier can be borrowed. You need to rent it for 300 yen per day. – Poor sound proof. Very annoying to listen to different recorded messages that kept on playing (for some kind of election I guess) I recorded it from my room and showed it to the front desk – Front desk a bit inexperienced as they called me to re-confirm my check out date after my stay for the first 2-night and charge me an incorrect amount for the second booking 4-night stay (50% less than what I shoul

Was ok but we had cockroache in our room. Wouldn’t stay here again. We had a very large cockroach in our room. I couldn’t kill it and it ran under the bed. The staff moved us to a different floor / room. We noticed a lot of big cockroaches on the streets and even in restaurants in Osaka. Pretty gross. They also don’t use AC in hallways of the hotel, so it smells like hot smoked turkey and dust in the hallway. Clean room. AC Worked well. Close to train station and 24hr grocery stores.

최고 This hotel is newly opened in2018, less than100 meters to metro station. There’s a supermarket nearby which makes shopping food convenient. The electronic devices are well equipped like other Japanese hotels. The most impressive thing in the hotel is its mattress, very comfortable to sleep on it.

Wonderful The area around the hotel seemed a bit run-down, but otherwise, we were very happy with our stay. The room and bathroom was clean, we had a great view of the city (we were on the 11th floor), and the staff spoke good English, which was not necessary for us, but very helpful. There’s a subway entrance just outside the hotel doors, so getting around the city was very easy.

Top class hotel It’s new, very clean and spacious room, offering all you need. It’s right next to a Metro station. Or you can walk for like 40 mins to the downtown. A 24 hours cheap supermarket right next to it. A few 24 hours local Japanese food restaurants nearby. Nothing to complain.

熱愛單人旅行的24歲女子 雖然位在西城區，但這個飯店所在的位置還算可以。 作為旅客出入時提高警覺是必須的，尤其是晚上。 最近的車站是花園町車站，小小舊舊髒髒的，有電梯出入口，出站後走約兩分鐘就會到飯店，對面有便利商店和麥當勞，所以夜晚不至於一片漆黑且有學生在街上走動。 而且價格比起其他區便宜很多，房間又大又乾淨！ （一個人住雙人床房地板空間大到可以打開十個28吋行李箱那種） 感覺得出來飯店有做旅行團生意，停車場很大可以停遊覽車，隨時有台灣和中國的櫃台人員，不會說日文的旅客也能溝通無障礙。 可以提前寄放行李，會給一個號碼牌，記得保管好Check in的時候提出就行。

kawai 超可爱的小屋，交通也很方便。屋内卫生做的很好，让人放心。host非常温柔，可以用英语交流，晚上还会放音乐，嘻嘻

超級棒的住宿經驗！ 一開始前往的時候找了一下路，後來民宿主人告知後原來從停車場穿越過去後就是地鐵站了，非常近～ 民宿是日式建築，可以充分體驗日式家庭的生活方式，而且民宿主人超級親切！雖然不懂中文，但用英文溝通時也能感受到主人的熱情，下次有機會一定會再選擇這裡的！！！

每次去大阪都會想住這裡 民宿離地鐵站很近，又是幾條地鐵線的交匯點，交通上很便利，附近就有大型超市OASIS與最長的天神橋商店街，生活機能也很好，不過民宿只有一套衛浴，人多的時候要輪流用，冬天會比較冷，除此之外，環境的整潔度、房東的親切度都是沒話說的棒。

非常溫暖真切 離車站很近，附近有很多美食、便利商店，還有一間超市❣️ 房東是兩位英文超好的女生，房間乾淨、廁所也乾淨，唯一缺點就是廁所要到樓下，且只有一間廁所。

天神橋筋商店街散策 大阪の天神橋筋商店街を散策するため利用しました。駅からも近くて（民家なので少し小路に入りますが…）オーナーさんに温かく出迎えてもらえて、実家の部屋に泊まる感じでくつろげました。ゲストハウスは初めての利用で、洗面台やトイレ、お風呂など共用部分もあるので、譲り合って使用する感じですが、そう言う事を了承した上なら、快適でした。お部屋もオートロック付きのお部屋にしてもらったので、共用部以外はプライバシーも保たれてましたし、今回は自分の旅の目的に立地条件がぴったりで良かったです。冬の旅でしたので、シャワー利用時にお風呂が少し寒かったです。近所に銭湯もあるそうなので温まりたい方は銭湯利用も良いかもしれません。 オーナーさんのお人柄がとても良く、安心して宿泊できました。

Ein Kleinod vom Feinsten Die perfekte Unterkunft, um in die japanische Kultur einzutauchen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Lage ist ganz großartig, wenn man kleine Gassen und lauschige Izakayas zu schätzen weiß. Ansonsten ist man aber auch schnell im Stadttrubel. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

가족 여행으로 정말 좋은 숙소!! 특별히 없습니다. 매우 완벽했습니다. 1. 호스트가 매우 친절했습니다. – 태풍을 대비하여 식사와 간식, 랜턴 등을 준비해주어 감동받았습니다. 2. 가까운 곳에 코인 세탁기가 있습니다. 3. 가까운 거리에 식당과 전철역이 있습니다. 4. 방이 깨끗하고 매우 편안했습니다.

오사카에서 묵었던 중 상위권 엘레베이터가 없으니 다리관절이 안 좋거나 발이 안좋으신분들은 좀 줄편할수도 있습니다. 역에서 부터의 거리도 나쁘지 않고 주변에 편의점 및 세탁소도 있습니다. 4층을 예약하면 테라스가 주어지고 간단한 주방용품도 주어지고 무엇보다 직원분이 엄청 친절합니다.

강력 추천 방음이 잘 안돼요 방이 아주 좋았어요. 호스트는 친절했고 방도 엄청 넓어요.

Superb It could be better with washing machine, cause we travelled in summer with 3 nights stay, laundry service is a must. Jen is very friendly and helpful. It is a very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 3 nights and felt comfortably, my partner loved watching free Netflix provided by Jen.

Fantastic place to stay and close by to convenient locations. The location was close to convivence store and the subway station. It was a big room and felt very relaxing and had a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and polite, she answered questions and provided advice on places to eat. I felt very well looked after. The instructions on how to get to the place were accurate and easy to follow.

Lots of thanks to the owner of the house who gave us a comfortable and warm accommodation during our stay in Osaka. Nothing I like the cozy atmosphere and all the thoughtful facilities.

Spacious and very clean room! nothing The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to use iron for my clothes but they didn’t have the ironing board so she bought it for us. The room is super spacious and clean. It has everything you need.

Fully-equipped Japanese studio in a convenient local neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. There is nothing negative about the place and to me a perfect accommodation choice. Just be aware that it is a short walk between the Tengachaya station and there is no elevator to in the building and the stairs are relatively narrow (for people with reduced mobility). The host is so friendly and helpful, and absolutely did her best to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The residential neighborhood lets you be surrounded by great local restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is spacious and fully-equipped. The tatami bed is amazingly comfortable and great even for foreigners. I will visit it again when I come to Osaka.

必須推薦的漂亮民宿💓 因爲自駕遊，所以host很早就提供了附近停車場位置和收費詳情給我們(¥800/24hrs)，即日更改了check-in時間host也能為我們安排💓 人超好💓 而且很nice👧🏻 只有樓梯可能要注意一下~ 能安排雙人或雙床房，房間很漂亮很乾淨，有睡房和小客廳、廚房，還有一個驚喜就是有一個蠻大的露台!!! 但風景就是附近民宅🤣 門口位置有很便宜的咖啡和泡麵提供購買~ 只睡了一晚覺得有點可惜~

Exceptional Jen’s place is much roomier than the pictures depict, which is a definite bonus. It was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door to see how much space our family of four had. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of basic kitchen items that made our meals very easy to make. Jen is great at communicating and greeted us upon arrival. She is very kind and helpful and we feel lucky to have stumbled upon her place when booking. We would definitely book here again!

Superb Stay The location is just slightly further away from the city but no big deal! We were amazed that this room is so much bigger than what we expect! It was such a spacious and cozy stay, we can finally have a good rest here after a week of traveling in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto. Thank you for the sufficient utilities that Jen’s House provide – there’s even Netflix!

We chose this apartment not because of the price, not because of the location, but because of how it looks. A cozy livin — The apartment is incredibly comfortable, as if you are at home, but in its improved version.

Noisy due to the sound proof They had a small party in a group of 5 thats kinda noisy because is kinda near the first room less than 15feet away.. is difficult to sleep.

Great place to stay, the staff went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Nothing Staff was very accommodating. Good recommendations for places to visits. Staff will take guests out for lunch or sightseeing spots when they have free time!

Comfortable Guest House Host is very nice & approachable. Location is near the Osakako station which comes in handy if you want to visit USJ. Distance to other destination are ok too. Bath room & toilet is clean. Bring your own towel.
