신오사카역 인근에 묵을 예정이라면 이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다. 낮에 가면 한국어가 되는 직원분이 한분 계십니다. 밤에는 안보였지만.. 사우나 시설이 꽤 괜찮으나, 사우나 갈때 꼭 방에서 수건을 지참해 가야하고, 새 수건을 받고 싶으면 프런트로 가야합니다. 신오사카 자체가 난바랑 조금 거리가 떨어져 있어서 불편하긴 했지만, 다음날 신칸센을 이용해 타 지역으로 가기에는 되게 편했습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에는 로손이, 신오사카역으로 가는 길에는 스타벅스가 있어서 주변 위치도 나쁘지 않은 것 같았습니다. 숙박세에 대한 고지가 체크인 전에 하지 않고 체크아웃할때 고지 후 요금을 받아서 체크아웃할때 시간을 끄는 면이 조금 불편했습니다.

최고 전체적으로 정말 깔끔한 호텔이었으며 무었보다도 사우나가 너무 좋았음. 주변 번잡하지 않고 한가로워 보여 관광은 중심가에서 하고 휴식을 취하기에 제격임! 가성비 최고!

완전 만족^^ 가격 대비 정말 만족스럽습니다. 삿포로에서 카락사호텔에 묵은 기억이 좋아 신오사카 카락사호텔 후기 평이 별로 없어도 예약했는데 정말 만족스러워요. 물론 완전 중심지 위치는 아니긴 하지만, 걸어서 5분 이내에 있는 지하철을 타면 중심지까지 15-20분 이내에 도착합니다. 1일 패스 있는 분이면 강추합니다.

최고 지하철에서도 가깝습니다. 간사이에서 신오사카 하루카로 이동했는데 거기서는 좀 멉니다. 목욕탕이 있어 자기전 목욕하기 좋습니다.

강력 추천 신오사카 역에서 걸어서 7~8분 거리로 가까웠고 주변에 편의점도 두세 군데 있어서 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 개인적으로 욕실이 충분히 넓어서 그게 제일 편했던 것 같아요!

새 호텔 입니다. 신오사카역 4번출구에서 도보로 5분정도? 아주 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있습니다. 미도스지 라인 이여서 크게 불편함은 없었으나 번화가는 아닙니다. 지은지 얼마 안된 호텔이여서 모든 시설들이 깨끗합니다. 그리고 4층에 대욕탕이 있어서 피로한 몸을 뜨거운 욕탕에서 풀어주면 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 규모는 작은 편이여서 그런지 헬스장이 없는건 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

매우 좋음 번화가에서는 떨어져있어 관광지로이동할때 좀 걸려요 외관부터 멋진호텔전경이 좋았습니다 역사에서5분거리라 좋아요 안에시설들도 깨끗하고 최신식이라 좋아요 다양한 어메니티를 프리로 제공되고있어서 편안해요 웰컴티(커피 다양한음료등) 목욕탕(드라이기등숙소보다 쎄고해서 좋아요) 제빙기 전자렌지 세탁실등 다양한서비스시설이있어서 편안했어요 한국인직원분이계셔서 언제든의사소통도 좋았습니다 일본호텔은 아주작다고해서 걱정했는데 한국보다 협소하긴하지만 그래도 다른곳보다는 넉넉한거같아서 잘지냈어요 신오사카역사안에 다양한 식당들도 많아요 5분정도만 걸어나오면 그랜드스퀘어라고 대형마트같은곳이있어요 거기왠만한 일본음식다있어요 저흰 매일저녁갔어요

깨끗하고 역에서 가까움 일단새거임. 지하철역은가깝지만jr역은쪼끔걸어야함. 역내에서한번만헤매면찾아가는길은쉬움. 일단새거고깨끗하고일본호텔치고넓고 트윈룸치고도넓음. 목욕탕도있어서쉬기좋음. 방안에샤워부스만있는건사람에따라다르겠지만아쉬울수도있음.

좋음 신오사카역에서 멀지않아 찾아가는데 수월하구. 짐가지고 이동하기에도 괜찮았어요! 방은 동선이 수월했구 좁진않았던거같아여! 욕실도 깨끗하고 침구류도 깨끗햇구여! 도심에 있는데도 소음이 적더라구요! 다만..제가 묵었을땐 에피소드가 있엇는데 그거처리하는 호텔 방식은 좀 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 새벽에 자는데 화재경보가 울리는 바람에 잠을 다깨고 다소 찝찝한 불안함을 가지고 잠을 설쳤어요..😭 오보라고 바로 정정방송을 냈지만. 같은층에서 계속 비상대피에 대한 알림사이렌이 끊이지 않고 울리는데 프론트는 전화를 받질 않고 와서 확인하는 직원두 없었네요. 같은층 묵은 사람들 다 복도에 나와서 어안이 벙벙하며 끊이지 않는 사이렌에 어떤분들은 불안해서 짐을 챙겨나가시더라구여.. 결국 같은층 손님중 한명이 겨우 사이렌소리를 멈춰서 정리.. 근데 아침에 일찍 공항가야해서 나오는데 엘레베이터에 그냥 안내문 하나 붙어있고 체크아웃때도 직원의 안내두 없었어여.. 이런 처리는 좀 다소 많이아쉽지만 호텔 시설은 괜찮았어요. 이런경우는 극히 드문 경우이긴 하지만…아쉬움이 남은 여행은 사실입니다

강력 추천 바로 옆이 신오사카역이라 전철소리가 조금 들리는데 신경쓰이는 분은 프런트에 이야기해서 방을 소리 덜 들리는 쪽으로 배정받으시면 좋을 거 같습니다. 저희는 피곤해서 그런가 크게 신경 안쓰고 잘 잤습니다. 방도 넓고 가격도 괜찮아요. 직원들도 너무 친절하였습니다. 내려가면 목욕탕도 있고 자판기랑 얼음도 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 도보로 5분 정도 거리에 큰 마트가 있어서 너무 편했습니다! 조식도 밥과 빵, 여러가지 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 빵이 맛있었습니다.

가성비 대비 굳 난바나 우메다에서 떨어져 있어 해당 지역에서 여행하다 숙소로 이동을 해야 한다는 단점은 있습니다. 기차로 그리 마노은 시간이 걸리지는 않습니다. 유아 동반 가족은 다소 불편할 수 있습니다. 나머지는 만족합니다. 깨끗하고 조식도 먹을만 합니다. 물론 좋은 호텔에 비해서는 다소 부족할 수 있답니다. 4인 성인이 조식포함해서 이 정도 가격이면 좋습니다. 주변에 편의점이나 마켓이 있으니 이용하면 좋을 듯 합니다.

깔끔하고 좋습니다. 다만 호텔 찾기가 좀 빡셈여 jr열차 이외에 다른 일반 전철로 내렸을 때 호텔에 대한 안내판이 없을뿐더러 역이 꽤 굉장히 커서 역 밖에서 호텔찾기불가능 역 구조 자체가 굉장히 복잡하여 호텔로 돌아올 때마다 애먹음 로비는 작지만 건물자체도 깔끔하고 내부도 나름 고급스러움 욕실 청결 침대 청결 바닥 청결 일본이라 그런지 내부는 좀 좁은 편 . 하지만 굉장히 깨끗함. 화장실은 문 밑 틈이 좀 넓어서 방음은 안됨 노래 틀고 화장실 써야함. 역이랑 붙어있어서 좋긴 한데 큰 역 안에 제대로 된 호텔 안내판이 없다보니까 그 점만 불편함. 그래도 다음에 간다면 또 갈 의향은 있음. 이만 총총

우수 난바역에서 관광을 중점적으로 할 때, 생각보다 난바역에서부터 거리가 멀었습니다. 객실, 청결도, 서비스는 매우 만족하였습니다.

위치가 정말좋았습니다. 라운지나 조식은 평범했습니다. 위치가 역에서 바로갈수 있어서 최고더군요. 역에는 각종 음식점과 술집이 있어 술한잔 하고 편히 숙소서 쉴수 있습니다. 조신과 라운지는 무난합니다. 굳이 돈주고 추가할정도는 아니네요. 한가지 기분상했던건 국적을 밝힌적이 없는데 체크인할때 국적에 중국이라고 해놓고 방에 인사메모도 중국말로 써놨더라고요. 메모로 나는 중국인이 아니고 한국인이다 라고 써놔도 한줄은 미안하다는 멘트도 없더군요. 상대의 국적을 맘데로 판단하는 것도 부족해 아니라고 했으면 미안하다는 말한마디 정도는 해야하는거 아닌가요

The best for business trip Walking distance from shinkansen JR line Osaka shin station.. but to airport is around 1 hour by taxi.. From this hotel, just 7 stop to Doton Bori shopping place.. Staff very helpful as I need to check out early, they provide packed bread for my breakfast and taxi standby 10minutes early. Good experience!

최고 Extremely convenient if you need to take the shinkansen. Overhead bridge connects directly to the train station, so there is no need to lift luggages up/down the stairs. Room is very spacious for 2. They have larger rooms for families too.

However, we could hear the trains go by even with the curtains drawn. Not sure if that’s a common scenario in Japan since trains are everywhere.

3박했는데 만족함 단점 방이 작다..뭐 일본비즈니스호텍이 다 그렇겠지만 여긴..더작은느낌??? 그거빼고는 위생상태도 좋은편이고 바로 건물 1층에 로손편의점이 붙어있고 신오사카역도 도보로 5분이내로 매우가까운편. 그리고 1층로비에 커피머신과 물+얼음기계가있어서 제한없이 이용가능했다.

Great Value-for-Money Business Hotel near Shin-Osaka Station – There does not seem like any service-dedicated lift and or room exist on a level where we were at. Laundry and housekeeping carts are everywhere in the corridor around 10 AM. But again, I’m being petty here. The hotel space is limited anyway. – The Location. Just stones throw from Shin-Osaka station, with a Lawson on the ground floor. – The Building. The hotel is new-ish, and it really feel new and well-maintained. – The Value. Yes, the room size is small, but it is expected for station-adjacent business hotel in Japan. It has all the cost-conscious traveller need, and everything works.

Very nice and good for Value hotel Location: just a couple of walks from Shin Osaka. Perfect choice for anyone planning to visit other areas in Kansai area. And this station (M13) is also not so far from Namba station (M20) Very clean, tidy, convenient room. Not so spacy (cannot expect that in Japan) but the room has reasonable space. Safe neighborhood.

Very convenient location! I chose this place because of the distance to Shin-Osaka. It’s about a five minute walk to the East exit, where an elevator is conveniently located. Ample room for two, comfortable for one. You can check if the laundry machines are in use from the tv menu. I caught a great deal a month before Japan opened fully for tourism, which helped a lot.

Great place to stay near shin-osaka station Very close to station which lots of restaurants/cafe. Free drink/coffee and things (body cream/toothbrush, etc.) for you to pick up. All necessary things are ready for our stay (pajamas, hair dryers air/cloth refresher, etc.) New towel everyday. Also, have Lawson on the first floor. One thing that bother us is the laundry room is only have 2 machines which always operating.

Tiny room without any intimacy The standard room was so small for 2 persons, that one of us needed to put his suitcase on the table. There was a 2 inches gap under the door when closed, so there was no intimacy for the person inside it if the other one was also in the room. One side of the bed was just next to the wall so it was very uncomfortable for the person on the inner side. The AC was dirty and full of dust. The only good thing about that hotel is that it’s close to Shin-Osaka station.

엄마와 함께 사용!! 단풍철이가 기존 가격보다는 조금 더 주고 사용했으나 완전 만족,일본 스럽게 방은 좁았으나, 딱 일본의 호텔 방 냉장고 사이즈가 작으니 너무 많은걸 넣을 수 없음 물 2병이 들어가 있고,물병 반통자리 위, 아래로 2개씩 넣을 수 있는 공간.직원들의 영어도 괜찮았고, 친절했음 숙소역시 깨끗했고 역사 안에 연결 되어 있는 곳이라 찾기도, 밥을 해결하기도 너무나도 좋은 위치 따로 뷰를 기대하진 말기, 위치만으로고 가격 다 한 호텔. 신오사카 역에서 북쪽입구에 위치하고 있으며, 신칸센 열차 타는 곳 쪽으로 들어가면 원기둥 같은 느낌에 렘신 오사카 라고 적혀있는 곳으로 가면 로비로 가는 엘베있음, 카드키가 있어야 원하는 층 버튼을 누를 수 있으니 밖에 나갈때 꼭 카드키 소지가 필 수!

묵을만한 곳입니다.^^ 저희는 가족단위로 여행을 갔는데요, 어르신들이 계시다면 추천해드리고 싶지 않습니다. 우선 좁은 방에 아주 알차게 많은 것들이 다 들어있지만 안내가 영어 및 일본어로 되어있어서 이것저것 잘 모르시더라구요. 창문이 열리지 않고 청정기로 돌리다 보니 몇 시간 지나면 여기저기 먼지가 좀 많이 쌓입니다. 건조한 편이구요. 렌트카로 오사카 여행을 했는데 호텔에서 구비되어 있는 주차장은 없습니다. 메리어트 호텔에 차를 놓고 와도 돈을 내야하니 가까운 신오사카역 주차장을 이용하는 것이 더 나았습니다. 하지만 젊은 커플에게는 너무 좋은 방이었어요. 세안, 목욕 용품 모두 구비되어 있구요, 수압 특히 감동입니다.ㅋㅋ 조식은 매우 맛있었습니다. 보통 I asked the front desk for a concierge to help make a restaurant rsvp. They said they didn’t have one so I asked if any of the five front desk agents could assist me. They were all reluctant and said no. I offered my CC to hold the rsvp and still said no. I loved the proximity to the metro station. It’s wonderful to go downstairs and just be able to hop on the train in any direction.

Nice hotel P.S. FIND THE JR CENTRAL EXIT The name is easily confused with another nearby hotel. Future guests remember not to rely on Google Maps to look for the CENTRAL EXIT and that is where you wanna go. The staff at the other hotel under the same via inn brand were super well prepared and gave us a map with coloured printing so that we were able to find the right hotel. Just bear in mind Shomenguchi = Front/Central (Shomen) – Mouth/Exit (Guchi) = Voilà Central Exit The location is super! Really close to the Shin Osaka Station and there is a 7-11 right next to the hotel for midnight snacks!! Staff were also great- there was a male receptionist who spoke super English and was really helpful. There was also a big bear and some decorations for photo taking in the lobby. The room design was also nice with a colour palette that reminds one of tender sunsets and calm sunrises. Loved the small corner sofa I had in my room. The hotel had all you needed.

Near station The hotel is located right in front of the station, after coming out via central exit, just turn right and walk past a carpark. Takes less than 5 minutes. Room is clean, service was great!

Small and hidden The place is for public transport travellers. No car park provided. And The staff is not so friendly. Room is small Location is excellent for subway user. But the access is a bit tricky. And no explanation given by the hotel on which exit to take from the subway station.

Excellent hotel if you’re on a budget I wish the rooms were a bit bigger. But for that price, I shouldn’t be complaining. I loved the proximity to the Shin-Osaka Station. The facility was very clean. Possibly the closest hotel to Shin-Osaka, 7-11 on ground floor was a plus. Some dust and carpets visibly stained. Location very convenient, less than a minute to the midosuji line.

Very good The location of the hotel is not near any shopping mall or attraction, you need to take a train to get to other areas. The surrounding area is very quiet, which is good but some people may find it to be boring at night. Exceptional The location of the hotel is right next to the train station where the Shinkansen goes, which was very practical for us visiting Kyoto. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the laundry facilities and were quite happy with them. There is a convenience store in the ground floor for some quick snack and it was quite a nice neighborhood to go for a stroll.

Very near Shin Osaka Station, transit purpose only, the room is great Being a transit hotel, the front desk gave us breakfast vouchers to redeem at two cafes/restaurants inside shin osaka station, which isn’t conducive if you’re not familiar with the station (compared to other stations in Tokyo, this one is quite confusing, we even got lost a few times, poor us), or if you’re in hurry to catch a train. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel, in front of the reception, but unfortunately it might only for decorative purposes, which is kinda funny though. This hotel probably belongs to the JR (Japan Railways) group and it’s no wonder it’s so close (a few minutes walk, just find Central Exit Gate, and then walks to the right direction, you’ll find small tunnel just before the hotel location) from Shin Osaka station, the lobby is on the 2nd floor where the 1st floor is a seven eleven convenience store. The room was clean, compact in size but difficult to position two large suitcases. I’d say it’s perfect for domestic travelers transiting between cities with one small suitcase, only staying one night to catch the next morning’s train.

Clean, homey place The apartment is clean and modern, suitable for all types of traveler, from couples to families. Host is nice and expensive. The only downside is the distance to public transport, despite being at the center of three subway stations. None is really close and even though we don’t mind walking, it becomes inconvenient when having luggage.

まったり出来ました✌️ お風呂で洗面所まで水が飛んでしまうところです。。 何より非現実的な雰囲気とプロジェクターと上のスピーカーです。 映画観たり音楽を楽しませて頂きました〜！ BBQもしていなくて、設備を完全に利用出来なかったのですが、楽しめました！ 次こそはBBQも楽しみたいです。

パーフェクト 海が近く、静かで内装も綺麗でした。 本当に良かったです！

家族でのんびり過ごすことが出来、本当に良かったです。 特にありません。 どうしても探してしいて言えば、年寄りには湯船に入るのにはちょっとしんどいかなと思ったぐらいです。 必要なものがちゃんと揃っていたり、テラスでガス火のBBQができる所。

大変快適でしたので、また利用したいと思います。 宿泊施設の近隣の道路幅は狭小ですので、大きな車での走行には気を付けなければならないですね。 改装された室内は、古民家の雰囲気を残しながらもプロジェクターを設置していたり、コーヒーメイカーを設備していたりで、快適な室内環境でした。また、テラスには野外ホースも設備しておりましたので助かりました。

心安らぐ場所 とくにないです。 バルコニーでバーベキューができてよかったです。宿周辺もとても静かで、海がすぐ近くで気持ちよかったです。

最高でした。天気が良ければもっと良かったけど雨が残念でした。星空見たかったです テレビ白黒は風情があり良いのですが、音声をもう少し大きく出来れば良かった。 毎朝見てる朝ドラが見たかった(笑) 愛犬と一緒に、宿泊出来てたとこ 愛犬の嬉しさが伝わった宿泊でした。

家みたい！ 家みたいなスタイルで落ち着く空間でした。

良い 住宅路の間にあるような感じで、治安が悪く、建物自体は部屋は良いですが、エレベーターまでの建物の中が少し怖かったです。

最高 立地もよくとても綺麗で、親切に接してくださります。丁寧に優しく対応して下さり、本当にありがとうございました。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。よろしくお願いします。

広くて快適には過ごせるけどもう泊まらない。 部屋の掃除が隅々まではされてなくて埃が気になった。フロントがないからどこから入ればいいかわからなかった。電話して鍵を受け取ることになる。 駅から遠い。 ふつうのマンションなので部屋が広くてキッチンも洗濯機もあった。私は使わなかったけどホテルというより生活できる空間。

大満足 私と子ども2人(1歳、4歳)、母と姉の計5人での宿泊。 経営されてるご夫婦の印象がとても良い。笑顔で優しく丁寧。 専用の無料駐車場が目の前で、部屋まで荷物を出し入れするのにとても便利だった。車に忘れ物があっても、20秒もかからず取りに行けるので苦にならない。 部屋全体が綺麗。 飾ってある絵画が素敵。 食器や調理器具もあるので、長期滞在にも向いている。しかもキッチンが広い。 電子レンジやケトルもあるのが嬉しい。 和室も洋室もあるので、子連れやグループ利用でも使い勝手が良い。 ユニットバスではなく、洗い場のついたお風呂が高ポイント。 シャンプーはもちろん、メイク落としや洗顔料もあって助かった。 朝食も美味しく、出来立てを食べられて幸せだった。 これだけ大満足なのに、宿泊料も安く驚きである。 ホテルに泊まるより良いと思った。 また泊まりたいと思う。

Awesome! I wish they allowed you to pick your breakfast options. It would help minimize waste for them as well. The hosts were very helpful and kind. They ensured we had everything we needed for the stay.

Superb everything so convenient and very fast wifi

An apartment “home” away from home in Higashiosaka! 5-min to nearest station! There’s nothing much to fault! I can see this accommodation being comfortable for travelling families or groups of friends. Now that the borders are open…for visiting non-resident foreigners who are thinking of staying here, a gentle reminder that having a conscious effort to bridge the language barrier is necessary (bare minimum, really). Meeting our hosts halfway by using basic Japanese, doing gestures and translating our questions on an app and showing them helped us all have a comfortable stay. Gallery Compass felt like home away from home in Higashiosaka! It’s a standard apartment space, maybe a 1LDK (?). It has a separate bedroom, a living room with tatami, a dining area and wonderfully equipped kitchen! They have a dishwasher! (We only stayed for a night so we didn’t cook.) For a group of 5, we fit comfortably in the apartment – 3 friends slept in the living room with futons provided and my husband and I slept in the bedroom. There was enough space for everyone to hang out together and to go into for privacy. We loved how clean and tidy the space was, and for the price of our stay for one night was very well worth it! The closest station (Yaenosato) is 5 min walk away. Convenient! Our hosts were very prompt with communication – all in Japanese, but that can be easily translated on an app!. The day before, I had asked the hosts if we could come by early to leave our luggage and check in later at the listed time. They were very gracious to allow us to check in at the time we came to leave our things. This is not the usual policy with most accommodations I had stayed in, so I was pleasantly surprised! Our host met us at the front of the building when we didn’t really know where to look. He let us in the apartment and gave us the keys. With the help of a translator app, my broken Nihongo and gestures, we could communicate! We covered all the basic house rules and decided what time breakfast will be the next morning. They had signs displayed with some English too (eg.: don’t fold the futon and put it back in the closet on the day you’re leaving). Then our lovely hostess made breakfast for us. It was served at the café at the ground floor. It was a lovely, light meal of salad, scrambled eggs and bacon, served with either coffee or tea. We also got 2 rounds of toast with butter! Will definitely stay here again when we come visit Osaka again!

Exceptional very spacious and so accommodating!

Staying in a typical Japanese apartment. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The Apartman was a bit small, but well equipped. In walking distance there is a big supermarket and a train station. We went by car there so it was very convenient having a free parking lot in front of the apartment. The hosts offered breakfast with coffee.

강력 추천 3명이 3일 숙박을 하는데 작은수건이 4개..큰수건이 4개밖에 없어서 불편했습니다. 비가와서 세탁도 못하는데 여유분이 있었으면 더욱좋왔겠어요 전철역에서 가까워서 교통이 좋왔습니다. 내부시설도 깨끗하고 기본양념이나 냄비등이 있어서 좋왔습니다.

a happy and joyful memories in Osaka nothing Everything in the house is clean and organized. staff are super friendly and helpful. the location is excellent: the place is only 2 min walk from JR-awaji and hanku awaji station; besides, it’s within a local market where you can find all small and charming restaurants.

최고 We didn’t meet the owner in person, though, SUMIDA was really helpful over the phone. The place was great, can walk to station and other shops around. If we ever come back to Osaka as a group, we will stay SUMIDA place again.

快適 和室のホットカーペットが気になった。 (赤ちゃんがいたので、衛生的な面で気になった) 和室の引き戸がやや硬かった(開け閉めが若干しにくかった) あと、クレジットカード決済が、booking.com経由じゃない形だったのが残念でした。 (booking.com経由だとクレジットカードのポイントが付くが、それが付けられなかった) 小さい子どもと一緒に過ごしやすい環境でした。 間取りの広さも良く、新築のような家で快適でした。 寝るときも静かで、備品も揃っており、助かりました。 また利用したいと思います。

お風呂 お風呂の写真が無かったので、少し不安でしたが、すごく綺麗でした。備え付けのシャンプーや、アメニティーなども充実しており、快適に宿泊できました。 近くにスーパーやコンビニが徒歩圏内にあるのもすごくよかったです。

最高です。また利用 特になし レスポンスも早く親切なオーナーさんです。 写真で見るよりかなり広く、アメニティ各種(歯ブラシやシャンプー、ボディーソープ)も揃っています。 クチコミでハンガーないと記載ありましたが、ありました。掲載写真より綺麗なお家です。

駅近！立地ヨシ！コンビニ近く！ とにかくアクセスがよく阪急にもJRにもすぐなので助かりました。コンビニもすぐ近くにあるので咄嗟に必要なものなどを工面することがだできて本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。
