매우 좋음 가장 아쉬운 것이 다른 후기에도 언급한 것처럼 와이파이입니다. 기대하지 않고 가시는 것이 좋을겁니다. 밤늦게나 새벽에는 이용할만 합니다. ㅎㅎ 모든 점에 매우 만족합니다. 무인으로 운영되어서 타올등을 요청하면 바로 가져가 줍니다.

매우 만족스러운 첫 오사카 여행 와이파이 및 TV 유선, 인터넷 연결이 전체적으로 느려 숙소에서 핸드 폰, 노트북 사용에 불편함이 있었습니다 전체적으로 깨끗하고 넓어 좋았으며, 냉장고, 세탁기, 전자레인지 등 전자제품이 잘 구비되어있어 편리하였습니다 . 또한 주변 편의시설이 가깝고 주변 소음이 없어 편안하였습니다.

좋아요 위치도 좋고 객실도 깨끗하고 좋은데 문의할때 답변이 느려요ㅠ 그래도 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다!

최고 와이파이가 전체 건물 공용이라 매우…약해요 예상보다 지하철역에서 더 가깝고, 여기저기 가기에 편해요. 크기도 일본에서 찾기 힘든 사이즈라 가족 여행에 아주 딱입니다!

최고 My second time stay. Great place if you travel with kids. It has nice size kitchen and big bath tub. You can relax after a long day of exploring. There are Lawson and 711 near by and Life is about 5 mins away by walking. Only downside is there is no space to leave your luggage before check in or after check out.

우수 I stayed here with my 3yo and we couldn’t be happier. The room was nice and clean as the building is new. I love that there was a smart tv that allows us to watch something that is not Japanese. Close to super market Life and subway station Daijoku-cho which I found very useful. We didn’t need it but there wasn’t place to leave your luggage before check in or after check out so for some people that might be challenging.

lovely stay, I would pick this place to stay again if I come back to Osaka, if the price would be slightly lower The early check out time probably, but it’s fair. There’s no luggage storage once you check out since there’s no reception, but for us it’s fine as we didn’t plan to stick around after checkout anyways, but it would be nice to have that option. The only con is that there is a very loud “Buzz” sounds coming from the outside, I could not figure out what it is, I thought it must be a major electrical generator building next to the apartment, or there is a major generator right outside the balcony? it’s a visible Buzzing sound once I got in the centre of the apartment, clearly came from outside the living room window. But since we can’t do anything about it, I got use to it anyways. The air con is quite cold but if I lowered the temperature, it gets quite stuffy, no air flow. I didn’t want to open the window due to the “buzzing” sound, so, I think maybe an electrical fan inside the room might make my stay a little more comfortable than having to raise the temperature from the air conditioner. Huge space – very spacious, never lived in such a huge apartment in Osaka before! I feel good in such a big space Location is highly convenient – only one stop to the central spot for shopping and very close to convenient stores cafes and the subway entrance The place is much more cleaner than expected based on past reviews, I am satisfied with the clean apartment, no major issues at all

激推！ 位置在住宅區裡，但步行300公尺左右有好幾家便利商店，也有大國町車站，非常方便！而且房間巨大！你想的到的都有！入住5天，天天都洗衣服，衣服香噴噴的，讓我的旅程更美好了😊

we enjoyed our time in Osaka and the WE Hotel, wa a pleasurable experience for an apartment it was was not equipped with certain items, there were no plates (only bowls) or knives, no dishwasher tablets were supplied and no cloth to wash dishes or towel to dry the dishes otherwise all good nice and spacious and close to some nice restaurants and train stations

地點無敵 交通超級便利；門口走出來沒幾步就是地鐵站 而且這站的電梯很方便，不是所有地鐵站都這麼佛的 有洗衣機，可以少帶很多衣服 又有整套廚具可以開伙 唯一缺點就是網路很廢 晚上兩點以後才會通暢，估計是其他房客都睡了才不塞車 但會在意網路的人我估計都會去買吃到飽 所以問題不大

space, quiet, super central and great value! hmmm….being from europe, paying took a bit more effort. the hotel staff handled this perfectly though! location was great, apartment was spacious, there was no (or almost no) noise (first time in Japan). next time Osaka I’m staying here again!

Pleasant The Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible. Disconnects every minute, it’s almost unusable. Happens in both room on the 7th and 10th floor so it can’t be just isolated to one room. Also they are unable to keep your luggage after check out as there is no front desk if that is a requirement. . . Very good amenities and room size, although it’s more like a service apartment with no front desk, so there’s no interaction with anyone, although the hotel replies promptly on booking.com if you message them.

Disappointing The place claims **** and advertises a hot tub. It’s definitelly not ****. I understand it’s an aparment hotel, but for this star rating they should provide at least some tea/coffee options or basic condiments. Also I don’t understand why is hot tub advertised. There is nothing but in-room bathtub. It’s controlled by the clever wall panel, but this does not make it better, only complicates things. You need to understand digital controls to get hot water. For a Japanese hottub, I would expect at least something better, like an outdoor option or jetted whirlpool bathtub. The location is pretty good. The only location downside is very little breakfast options within a short walk. You would probably need to get to e.g. Namba (1 stop by subway or ~20 minutes walk) to get some choices.

再次入住 這次有電暖爐、多的棉被、但少了吧檯椅，整個吃飯很麻煩

I would book again provided the wifi is improved. the Wifi was terrible in my unit, I barely get any connection and sometimes it cuts off. so basically it was unusable. I like that its bigger than the average hotel when you book in Japan as its kinda like an airbnb. It has a washing machine & dryer which is convenient too.

Easy budget accomodation in Osaka The apartment was clean, fairly spacious, the beds were medium-firm and comfortable. There was laundry detergent for the washer, great towels, a sitting area and a small desk. There’s a large fridge, although the kitchen space was quite small. The style is a bit outdated, but if you can get past that, this is a great little stay.

Bathroom warm water It is hard to control the hot and cold water to get warm water in the bathtub. The warm water will quickly turn very hot or very cold.

최고의 일본여행이 되었어요. 일본에서 4일 정도 머무를 호텔을 찾던 도중, 한국어 리뷰는 별로 없지만 깨끗하다는 평 하나로만 신청했습니다. 관리도 잘 되는 편이고 깨끗합니다. 하지만 매일 청소 해주지 않으십니다. 요청하면 해주시는 것 같긴 합니다만, 시설 내에 청소기가 있어서 가볍게 직접 청소가 가능합니다. 3일 이상 숙박할 경우에 청소해 주시는 것 같던데, 저희는 괜찮다고 거절했습니다. 시설 이용에 관해 이메일로 물어볼 경우 영업시간 내에 빠르게 답장 오는 편입니다. 오사카만 3번째인데, 가격 대비 가장 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 프론트는 무인이지만, 곤란한 점이 있을 때는 직원분이 직접 나와서 안내를 도와주십니다. 다이코쿠초 역 바로 앞에 로손, 호텔 뒤쪽에 세븐일레븐이 있어 편했습니다. 남바역이나 우메다역의 호텔과의 접근성은 당연히 떨어지는 편이지만, 가격 대비 접근성과 친설, 시설 위생은 추천합니다.

아주 만족스럽습니다. 침대에 바퀴가 있어서 침대가 가끔씩 움직입니다. 크게 불편한 점은 아닙니다. 지하철역과 편의점이 아주 가까운 거리에 있어서 편리합니다. 방 내부도 아주 깔끔하고 청결합니다. 또한 세탁기와 샤워 시설 등 편의 시설도 객실마다 갖추고 있어서 아주 좋습니다.

재방문의사 135000% 셀프 체크인이라 직원분과 마주치는일은 거의 없었지만 . 방 내부의 어메니티 등등은 정말 훌륭했습니다 . 옷장 내부에 페브리즈도 비치되어있고 , 간단한 조리도 가능했습니다 . 방 내부에 청소기도있었고 , 도착하기전에 에어컨을 켜둬주신것도 너무 좋았습니다 . 방도 넓어 짐 정리하기도 너무 편하고 좋았습니다 .

매우 좋음 TV가 없고 프로젝트용 스크린이 설치되어 불필요한 공간을 차지하고 있음 깨끗한 실내공간 구비. 무인화 시스템

부모님 모시고 갔는데 가족 모두 여러모로 대만족한 숙소! . 위치가 다이코쿠초 역에서 도보 3-5분이내고 출구가 에스컬레이터가 있어서 짐들고 올라오기 좋았음! 엘리베이터 출구도 가까움. 일본에서 드물게 아주 넓고 뜨거운 온수도 잘나오고 난방, 에어컨 다 잘됨. 식탁과 간단한 주방도구+냉장고가 있어 장봐와서 이것저것 데워먹거나 해먹기 좋음. 세탁기도 있고 세제도 두개 줘서 세탁도 가능함. 3박4일중 하루 청소서비스(안해도됨. 시간과 날짜 메일로 날라옴)+타올추가 공급해줌. 침대와 베개, 이불도 아늑한편. 창도 넓고 방충망도 잘되있고, 우리는 13층(최고층)이어서 경치도 좋고 바람도 시원하게 잘 들어옴. 근처에 큰 마트가 두개나 있고 둘중 라이프는 면세도 가능함. 주변에 편의점도 많고, 드럭스토어도 제법 큰 곳이 있음. 메가 돈키호테나 도톤보리쪽 돈키호테 가기도 한정거장 이동이라 간편했음. 교토+나라 등 다른 지방 당일치기 다녀오기도 편리한편.

진짜 진짜 너무 좋아요 일본에서 묵었던 숙소 중에 위생, 너비, 가성비 면에서 진짜 최고예요.. 오사카면 보통 주유패스 끊으실 거니까 주유패스 사용한다고 가정한다면 위치도 굿입니다! 난바까지 1정거장이에요 동네도 조용하고 뒤에 보면 세븐일레븐, 로손 있고 건너서 조금만 걸으면 패밀리마트도 있어요. 역도 도보 5분? 3분? 정도예요. 길 건너서 좀만 들어가면 24시간 마트있구요(카드사용불가) 부모님이랑 묵었는데 너무 만족입니다! 티비 넷플릭스, 유튜브 다 되구요. 오사카 여행 중에 가장 기억에 남는 게 숙소네요.. 그만큼 숙소가 너무 좋았습니다.

만족합니다. 주변은 주택가라 조용하지만 근처애 편의점이 있고, 다이코쿠초역과 매우 가깝습니다. 날씨가 괜찮다면 난바역까지 걸어갈만한 거리입니다. 방이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 유용했지만 나중에 빨래를 널때 보니 방청소에 쓰였던것 같은 걸레가 같이 섞여 있었습니다.. 이 점은 매우 아쉽지만. 다른 부분의 장점이 크기 때문에 줗은 숙소라고 생각합니다.

추천해요 주변에 마트와 편의점이 가깝게 있고 버스정류장도 멀지않아서 교통도 좋은편입니다.방고 넓고 좋았어요

우수 라피트나 공항급행열차를 이용할 수 있는 신이마미야역에서 도보 12~13분 정도 거리에 위치해있고, 지하철 미도스지선(빨간색)이 지나는 다이코쿠초역이가까이 있으며 유니버셜스튜디오 가기에 편리한 이마미야역까지 도보로 이동할 수 있어 편리합니다. 싱글베드 4개로 구성된 쿼드러플룸 4인 가족 이용하기에 널찍하고 좋았습니다. 다만, 수건이며 바닥에 먼지가 많은 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

최고 딱히 없어요! 세명이서 이용했는데 넓고 깨끗하구 사진이랑 똑같아요😀 방에 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점 음식 사와서 먹기 좋았고 어매니티도 넉넉히 있고 TV로 유튜브 볼수있는 것도 편했어요! 로비에 자물쇠로 묶어서 짐 보관하는 공간이 있어서 체크아웃 후에 따로 부탁하지않고 맡길 수 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 그리고 호텔 근처에 큰 마트가 있어서 먹을거 위주로 쇼핑하시는분들은 굳이 돈키호테 안가셔도 될거같아요

재방문 의사 100%인 숙소예요!! 자유여행으로 4명이서 묵었는데 일단 침대가 4개나 있어서 따로 잘 수 있는 게 좋았어요 룸 클리닝 서비스는 할지 안 할지 직접 선택할 수 있어서 사생활 예민하신 분들은 좋을 거 같아요!!! 욕조도 있고 세탁기, 냉장고, 전자레인지 인덕션 주방용품 등등 다 있어서 불편함이 전혀 없었구요. 다이코쿠쵸 역에서 도보 3~4분이면 되는 거리라 도톤보리 가는데 넉넉히 15분이면 충분해요 짱ㅋㅋㅋ 주변에 편의점도 세븐 로손 패밀리 종류별로 다 있고 숙소 옆쪽에 공원도 있어서 산책하기도 좋았어요. 로비에 직원분 거의 안 계셨는데 호출벨 누르면 어디선가 달려와주십니다ㅎㅎ 여분 수건도 요청하면 넉넉히 주세요 완전 짱이에요 여기!!

Feel like a private studio. The blanket is too warm. The room is real big, both. Nice and clean. This is a washing machine in your room. No dryer bit there is a balcony that you can dry your cloths. Bathroom is also nice there are enough room for relax in a bathtub with hot water and a quick shower.

후기가 너무 없어서 걱정했지만 부모님이 깨끗하다고 칭찬하셨어용 호텔보단 그냥 오피스텔 느낌 위치는 조금 애매해요 체력 받춰져야 좋을거에요,, 무서운? 동네랑 가깝다 뭐 그렇게 들었는데 그런건 못 느꼈어요 주변에 마트 편의점 가깝고 직원이 상주해있지만 아무런 액션이 옶어서 당황했어용 ㅎ 인사조차 눈길조차 안줌 ^^; 그래도 머 추천할만 합니다

It was enjoyable and comfortable stay. The area is quiet The room clean is only available 3 days a week. The property is clean and spacious. It has a laundry. No too far from the metro station which 1 station to Namba.

가성비 호텔로 강추 청소년 포함 총 4인 가족으로 3박 예약하였고 시설은 사진과 똑같으며 비대면 QR 체크인 및 도어록 출입으로 이용하기 쉽습니다. 다이코쿠쵸 역에서 2~3분 거리이고 주변에 편의점이 종류별로 있어서 편의점 털기 및 ATM 인출하기가 쉬웠습니다. 3일째 되는 날 클리닝을 해주셨고 에어컨, 공기청정기, 세탁기가 구비되어 있어 숙소에 머무는 동안 불편한 게 없었고 침대도 4개나 있어서 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 오사카에 또 오게된다면 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

일본 맨션같은 방 일반적인 비지니스 호텔이라기 보다 일본 신축맨션 같은 방에 무인 호텔이라 방도 넓고 화장실 욕실도 세퍼레이트되어있고 세탁기까지 있어서 간단한 빨래도 할 수 있어서 좋앗습니당. 여행객이 오기엔 난바랑 거리는 있지만 오히려 JR이랑 지하철 둘다 가까워서 유니버셜 가기도 좋고 이동하기에는 문제 없어요b

최고 다이카쿠쵸역 바로 앞이라 쇼핑 후 무거운 짐 들고 돌아올 때 좋았습니다.

위치좋고, 숙소 깔끔합니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 역이 있고, 방 크기도 적당하고, 공용 온천탕이 있는점도 마음에 들었습니다.

오사카 여행 생각보다는 방크기가 작아요..2층에 대중탕이 있어서 그런지 욕실이 작아요.. 시설도 좋았고 조식도 괜찮았어요..지하철역이 바로 옆에 있어서 이동이 편해요..

최고 난바 역에서는 생각외로 멀어서 찾아가는데 애먹었습니다. 뷔페식 아침식사가 매우 만족스러웠습니다 – 음식 수는 별로 많지 않았지만, 먹고 싶은 음식만 나온것같았습니다. 객실도 시트도 편안했습니다.

조용하고 깔끔한 호텔 *위치 : 난바역에서 걸어서 20분은 소요됨(여자걸음) 큰길로 이동해서 복잡하진 않고 금방 찾을수 있음. 난바역에서 1정거장인 다이고쿠초역에서 1분컷이라 주유패스 이용하면 유용함 처음 찾아갈땐 난바에서 여행가방 끌고 너무 먼것같았는데, 계속 다니다보니 현지인들이 다니는 술집, 밥집 그리고 한글로 써진 교회(한인교회같았음), 삼겹살집도 있고… 일본인들의 삶 안에 들어와있는것 같아서 이동 거리가 좋았다. *내부 : 깔끔하고 청결함. 샤워시설 있으나, 별도 목욕탕 이용이 가능하고 목욕용품 다 비치 되어 있는데 제품들이 다 정말 좋았음. 제품들이 좋아서 내꺼 따로 안챙겨가고 몸만 가면 됨. 관광위주 코스라 하루 2만보이상 걸었는데 저녁에 목욕탕에서 여독을 풀어주기 딱 좋음. *가방보관서비스 체크아웃하고 이용했는데도 친절하게 잘해줬음. 체크인전에도 가능. *로비 엘리베이터 옆에 1회용품 비치되어 있으니 필요하신 분은 올라가기 전에 꼭 챙겨가시길~ 로비에 비치 되어 있는 딸기차 티백 진짜 맛있음. 호텔 인근에 편의점 있어서 좋음.

Perfect place for a perfect Universal studios Japan vacation I don’t have nothing to write on this space. Location, near the train station. It has a Lawson around the corner. The bed was comfortable and bigger than another place I stayed at. The room was bigger too. The shower water pressure was so good, I showered more than needed. I like the separation between toilet and shower. Also, the public bath are separated: male and female. There is a kettle, a TV, AC inside the room, oh yes, and a hair dryer, but I did not use. One thing about this hotel is, they give you toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton swabs, cotton squares, and more. The coffee was provided only in the lobby. Also , it was easy to get to Universal studios Japan, this was the reason we chose this hotel.

굿~! 일본 지하철이 문제라서 조금 애매하긴 했습니다만, 숙소는 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 위생, 위치, 가격 등등…. 크게 모자랄 것이 없었습니다. 그리고 조식 또한 과하지도 모자라지 않게 적절했습니다. 특히 침대가 3개 있는 방이 있어 3인 가족에겐 아주 딱 맞는 호텔입니다.

가격 무난, 위치 무난, 매우 무난하게 좋음 1박 조식 포함 7만원이라는 금액이 그렇게 싼 금액은 아니었지만, 그래도 이 정도 퀄리티의 침실에 목욕탕, 조식은 그래도 무난히 괜찮았다. 솔직히 조식은 내 입맛에 잘 맞았고, 하루를 시작하기에 좋았다고 생각한다. 침실은 좀 아쉬웠던게 캐리어를 펼칠 공간이 부족했다. 그래도 잠자리는 편했고 무난히 좋았다. 위치의 경우, 난바에서 1정거장 떨어졌지만, 숙소가 역 바로 앞에있어서 불편하지는 않았다. 본인이 도톤보리나 난바를 좋아한다면 괜찮은 선택이 될것같다. 직원들은 매우 친절했다. 난바나 도톤보리 주변에 저렴한 호텔이 없다면, 이곳을 선택하는 것도 충분히 좋다고 생각한다.

ホテルの対応はバッチリ！ 今回車での旅行で駐車場があるところを探していてここにしました。駐車場は予約はできませんでしたが割と早めに着けたので駐車場も無事確保で安心して泊まれました。スタッフの方にも親切にしていただきお風呂もあるしなんといつもなのかわかりませんが朝から海鮮丼も作れる朝食！朝から食べすぎました！残念なことはすでに他で予約してたサイトでは全国割が使えたのにるるぶだけは取り扱いが遅く全国割で予約できずでがっかり！！！他より安いサイトを自負するならもう少しこのような対応は早めにできなければ意味ないような？対応の機敏さをお願いします！

최고 도톤보리까지는 좀 걸어야되지만 미즈도지선이 바로 앞에 있어서 굉장히 편했습니다. 시설도 좋고 직원들도 엄청 친절해서 여행간 숙소때문에 불편한 기억은 없었습니다.

良かったです 布団が重く感じました。 風呂場の排水が流れにくかったです。 それ以外は、新しくきれいで安く 良かったです。

적당한 가격에 무난한 위치, 실내 온천까지 난바역에서 도보 5-7분정도로 이동가능하고 바로앞에 역도 있어서 이동 편리! 1층에 로손편의점이있고 2-3분거리에 대형마트2개! 조용해서 숙소로는 딱이였고 안에 온천도있어서 딱좋았어요

그닥… 다시 일본에 온다면 오진 않을곳 위치도 썩 좋지 않아서 어딜 가던 15분이상 걸어야 한다는게 힘들었고 맛집도 별로 없었으며 유일하게 편의점이 가까운것만 좋았습니다

オープンしたばかり とても綺麗で、サービスも、応対も文句なし！！わがままを言うと、部屋に時計が欲しかったです。チェックイン前の早朝から、アウト後も夜まで、荷物を預かって頂き助かりました。預かった荷物をロビーに放置している所が多い中、ちゃんと別の部屋に保管して下さり、感激しました。コーヒーのサービスも有り、本当に至れり尽くせり。朝ご飯も最高。美味しかったです。

駅近で便利です 施設も新しく、選べるシャンプーセットで露天付き大浴場が良かったし、朝食も満足できました。しかしながら、部屋窓からの騒音と隙間風が酷くと評価を下げざるを得ません。しかも窓の直下に頭がくるような配置なんで、二重窓とかの対応を願いたいものです。

역에서 가깝고 온천과 조식이 좋았어요 다이고쿠초역 바로 앞이고 난바 도톤보리까지 도보도 가능합니다. 룸은 일본호텔이 그렇듯 좁은감이 있지만 시설깨끗하고 온천과 조식이 만족스러웠어요. 근처에 쿠슈퍼도쿠있어서 장보기도 좋고 드럭스토어도 시내대비 저렴한곳이 세곳정도됩니다. 가까운 야끼만두집으로 생맥주 한잔 하러가세요. 다음에도 이용의사있습니다

가성비 대비 매우 만족 도톤보리까지는 약 15분정도 소요되나 , 주변이 매우 조용하고 쾌적함. 특히 대욕장은 일반 사우나보다 훨씬 깨끗함. 마트, 맛집 및 기타 편의시설도 호텔과 매우 가까움.

호텔 에스프레소 웨스트 (Hotel S-Presso West)

강력 추천 4인 가족이었고 저렴하면서도 도톤보리와 걸어서 멀지 않은 숙소 알아봤었습니다. 난바역까지는 걸어서 15분 정도 걸렸어요. 주변에 편의점도 있고 조용해서 좋았습니다. 무인으로 체크인하는거라 걱정했었는데 전혀 어렵지 않았어요. 이 어플의 메세지로 안내글이 와서 비번누르고 들어갔고 카운터에 직원은 없지만 음성이 나와서 얘기 나눌 수 있는 형식이었어요. 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 샤워타올 등등 다 구비되어있었고 수건도 필요하면 1층에서 더 가져와 쓸 수 있었어요. 카운터와 방에 각각 와이파이가 있어서 편하게 이용했어요. 다음번에도 가족들과 오사카에 가게된다면 또 이용할 의향있습니다!

조용함. 주변도 조용함. 식탁이 작아요. 좌식은 없어요. 침실과 거실 바닥 높이는 같은데 화장실쪽 바닥이 높아요. 계단한칸정도? 체크인/체크아웃시 1층 로비에서 큐알코드 접속해야하는데, 어떤 큐알을 찍어야하는지 한국어 설명이 없어요.. 한글 메뉴얼이 있었으면 좋겠어요. 항공기 지연으로 급하게 이용했습니다. 난카이난바역에서 도보로 15분정도? 복잡하거라 유동인구가 많지 않아서 편하게 갔습니다. 객실은 넓고, 따듯한물도 잘 나왔어요. 근처 라이프 마트가 있어요. 2층은 면세로 구입 가능 (2층만). 그 외에 주변에 도시락가게 타코야끼가게 있음. 개인적으로 타코야끼 추천. 너무 친절하시고 맛있어요. 다음에 와도 일부러 찾아가고싶을정도.

편았했습니다. 일정동안 아쉬운 점은 없었습니다. 타국에 환경이 낯설 것 같았으나 숙소가 아파트식으로 되어있어 집에서 생활하 듯 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

3~4인 규모의 가족 또는 친구들이 머물기 좋은 숙소 리셉션에 직원이 없고 호출을 하면 스피커로 대화하는 방식이라 조금 불편 할수도 있을듯 하네요. 대로가 가깝긴 한데 역에서 거리가 좀 있고 호텔 바로 주변에는 딱히 뭐가 없긴 하네요. 그래도 조금 걸어 나가면 식당과 꽤 큰 슈퍼도 있습니다. 방이 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 잘 갖추어져 있고요. 주방에 취사 시설과 주방 기구등이 갖추어져 있어 라면 등 간단한 요리도 가능해서 좋았네요

최고 창문 하나가 고장이었던 점이 아쉬웠네요. 객실 내에 비치된 슬리퍼가 따로 없어서 카페트 바닥인 점을 고려했을때 조금 불편했습니다. 주방이 청결했고, 객실이 매우 넓고 편안했습니다. 정말 내집같은 느낌이 물씬 들었어요. 수납공간이 커서 짐보관도 편리했어요. 넷플릭스 시청가능해서 밤에 친구들이랑 수다떨며 놀기 좋았어요.

Great for families. A bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) from both JR and subway stations, especially if you have luggage. But lots of nice dining options in the immediate vicinity and once you get on the subway, dotonbori is very close. You can even walk there if you like Big spacious rooms. Very clean and modern with kithchen/dining area. The biggest room we’ve stayed at in all of our Japan travels and with a wardrobe too. Offered breakfast too which was a really nice surprise.

매우 넓고 깨끗해요 체크인/아웃 방식이 좀 새로워서 헤맸는데 결제 때문에 직원 분이 직접 오셔서 설명해 주시니 한결 나았어요. 패밀리 룸이라 침대도 세 개고 방도 엄청 넓어서 편하게 잘 쓰다 왔습니다! 난바랑 그렇게 멀지도 않아서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에요. 다음에 또 이용 의사 있어요

There is also washing machine but no dryer (may need to find out the bathroom airing system that might work as dryer but we could not figure out). Walking distance to one of the metro but if it is from Namba station then it is a it further away (Nearest to Exit 6 and 7) for Namba

Good hotel for the price paid. Nothing. Good size room with a double and 2 single beds for our kids. Breakfast provided for which we did not expect at another chained hotel.

Satisfying experience As I mentioned the apartment is rather basic and not very modern. So we didn’t feel very comfortable in it. The apartment size is rather good for Japan. Location is good in general, but still 5-15 minutes walk to a metro station (depending on the station). The apartment has all you need, but don’t expect super modern experience, the apartment is rather basic.

Wonderful it’s actually better than a lot of 4 star hotels as it has such big living area and everything I need. My son had a good sleep.

최고 這間飯店的房間其實讓我有點意外，自助入住（掃qr code輸入資料，才會寄mail說明房間事項），房間整體度很棒，有小廚房和小桌椅還有一些鍋碗瓢盆，都很乾淨👍廁所也很乾淨還有洗衣機，可以洗衣服，床也很好躺！很容易入睡！早餐也有提供，但要走到本館去吃，但距離不遠，大概5分鐘內到！ 只是地點不方便地方是離車站要走一小段，建議從大國町站走去比較快，如果要從南海難波站會走到累！

It was a pleasant stay NA It was very private and quiet, away from the bustling namba area. The room was sufficiently large for my family of 4 and it was overall v clean. The staff was also v responsive via booking.com chat function

Great apartment for a family. The check in process was a little tricky. We wish there was a way you could sit in the lobby and wait before the check in time, instead of being outside. It also wasn’t clear that you could leave your luggage before check in if it was prearranged and this would have been a big help. I wish there was a luggage room but there are lockers in namba station so we were able to put luggage there. We loved the amount of space for our small family to enjoy. The location was fairly quiet and easy to find. We also enjoyed the distance to a supermarket and plenty of food options that offered takeout which worked very well with a 7 month old. We liked the lock system as we didn’t have to worry about losing cards.

Not for families with children unless you have private transport to the door steps The long distance from the nearest train station and having to cross many junctions. There was no early check-in instructions sent to us unlike other apartments we stayed in Japan. We cannot even enter the premised until the alarm went off for keying multiple wrong pass keys and only when someone spoke through a speaker to ask us to check our booking app messages. Bad check in experience The apartment itself was spacious for a family of 3 and its fully equipped with a small kitchen, washing machine (but only 1 pack of detergent was provided for 3 nights stay) etc. Its good the bedroom is separated so that those who want to sleep first can do so

하루만 자는게 아쉬웠어요 중학생 조카랑 갔는데 일본 친척집 놀러간듯이 편하게 지내다 왔어요. 주인분이 너무 친절하셔서 큰 도움 받았고요. 조용한 동네인데 지하철 역에서도 가깝고 주변에 있을거는 다 있습니다. 여자분들끼리 가신다면 강추입니다!

친절하고,깨끗한 숙소입니다. 너무 친절하게 설명도 잘 해주시고, 시설도 깨끗해서 잘 있다왔어요!

kawai 超可爱的小屋，交通也很方便。屋内卫生做的很好，让人放心。host非常温柔，可以用英语交流，晚上还会放音乐，嘻嘻

超級棒的住宿經驗！ 一開始前往的時候找了一下路，後來民宿主人告知後原來從停車場穿越過去後就是地鐵站了，非常近～ 民宿是日式建築，可以充分體驗日式家庭的生活方式，而且民宿主人超級親切！雖然不懂中文，但用英文溝通時也能感受到主人的熱情，下次有機會一定會再選擇這裡的！！！

每次去大阪都會想住這裡 民宿離地鐵站很近，又是幾條地鐵線的交匯點，交通上很便利，附近就有大型超市OASIS與最長的天神橋商店街，生活機能也很好，不過民宿只有一套衛浴，人多的時候要輪流用，冬天會比較冷，除此之外，環境的整潔度、房東的親切度都是沒話說的棒。

非常溫暖真切 離車站很近，附近有很多美食、便利商店，還有一間超市❣️ 房東是兩位英文超好的女生，房間乾淨、廁所也乾淨，唯一缺點就是廁所要到樓下，且只有一間廁所。

우수 女性のスタッフさんがとても親身になって下さる丁寧な方で、とても安心して過ごす事が出来ました。 敷き布団が薄く、寝ていると身体が痛くなってしまったのが、唯一残念です。 あとは仕切りが小さいので、同室になる方が気になる方は注意が必要かもしれません。 総合的に温かい、とても良い宿でした。 また是非利したいです。

天神橋筋商店街散策 大阪の天神橋筋商店街を散策するため利用しました。駅からも近くて（民家なので少し小路に入りますが…）オーナーさんに温かく出迎えてもらえて、実家の部屋に泊まる感じでくつろげました。ゲストハウスは初めての利用で、洗面台やトイレ、お風呂など共用部分もあるので、譲り合って使用する感じですが、そう言う事を了承した上なら、快適でした。お部屋もオートロック付きのお部屋にしてもらったので、共用部以外はプライバシーも保たれてましたし、今回は自分の旅の目的に立地条件がぴったりで良かったです。冬の旅でしたので、シャワー利用時にお風呂が少し寒かったです。近所に銭湯もあるそうなので温まりたい方は銭湯利用も良いかもしれません。 オーナーさんのお人柄がとても良く、安心して宿泊できました。

Ein Kleinod vom Feinsten Die perfekte Unterkunft, um in die japanische Kultur einzutauchen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Lage ist ganz großartig, wenn man kleine Gassen und lauschige Izakayas zu schätzen weiß. Ansonsten ist man aber auch schnell im Stadttrubel. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

交通很方便 交通哦方便11号出口出来，店主人也很好，只有一楼有一个厕所，卫生间洗澡水大好，性价比好，唯一就是因为厕所只有一个，有些不方便。旁边吃喝玩乐的地方很多，可以去开发

가족 여행으로 정말 좋은 숙소!! 특별히 없습니다. 매우 완벽했습니다. 1. 호스트가 매우 친절했습니다. – 태풍을 대비하여 식사와 간식, 랜턴 등을 준비해주어 감동받았습니다. 2. 가까운 곳에 코인 세탁기가 있습니다. 3. 가까운 거리에 식당과 전철역이 있습니다. 4. 방이 깨끗하고 매우 편안했습니다.

오사카에서 묵었던 중 상위권 엘레베이터가 없으니 다리관절이 안 좋거나 발이 안좋으신분들은 좀 줄편할수도 있습니다. 역에서 부터의 거리도 나쁘지 않고 주변에 편의점 및 세탁소도 있습니다. 4층을 예약하면 테라스가 주어지고 간단한 주방용품도 주어지고 무엇보다 직원분이 엄청 친절합니다.

강력 추천 방음이 잘 안돼요 방이 아주 좋았어요. 호스트는 친절했고 방도 엄청 넓어요.

Superb It could be better with washing machine, cause we travelled in summer with 3 nights stay, laundry service is a must. Jen is very friendly and helpful. It is a very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 3 nights and felt comfortably, my partner loved watching free Netflix provided by Jen.

Fantastic place to stay and close by to convenient locations. The location was close to convivence store and the subway station. It was a big room and felt very relaxing and had a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and polite, she answered questions and provided advice on places to eat. I felt very well looked after. The instructions on how to get to the place were accurate and easy to follow.

Lots of thanks to the owner of the house who gave us a comfortable and warm accommodation during our stay in Osaka. Nothing I like the cozy atmosphere and all the thoughtful facilities.

Way better than you can expect more spacious than you can see on pictures. Clean and tidy rooms Close to subway stations and local restaurant. responsive and kind host Perfect for any group with 2+ people.

가족이 쉬기 편안한 곳 여름이라 역까지 걸어가는 것이 좀 지쳤지만 두 역이 상대적으로 8분 정도 거리에 있어서 이동할때 편했어요 ! 카카오택시 불렀는데 카카오 택시도 오더라구여 ! 추천합니다

Spacious and very clean room! nothing The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to use iron for my clothes but they didn’t have the ironing board so she bought it for us. The room is super spacious and clean. It has everything you need.

Like your home away from home 🙂 Jen is a professional host, she prepared everything even welcome snacks. The room is bigger than in the pictures and give us a cosy feeling. Happy stay and 100% recommended.

Fully-equipped Japanese studio in a convenient local neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. There is nothing negative about the place and to me a perfect accommodation choice. Just be aware that it is a short walk between the Tengachaya station and there is no elevator to in the building and the stairs are relatively narrow (for people with reduced mobility). The host is so friendly and helpful, and absolutely did her best to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The residential neighborhood lets you be surrounded by great local restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is spacious and fully-equipped. The tatami bed is amazingly comfortable and great even for foreigners. I will visit it again when I come to Osaka.

必須推薦的漂亮民宿💓 因爲自駕遊，所以host很早就提供了附近停車場位置和收費詳情給我們(¥800/24hrs)，即日更改了check-in時間host也能為我們安排💓 人超好💓 而且很nice👧🏻 只有樓梯可能要注意一下~ 能安排雙人或雙床房，房間很漂亮很乾淨，有睡房和小客廳、廚房，還有一個驚喜就是有一個蠻大的露台!!! 但風景就是附近民宅🤣 門口位置有很便宜的咖啡和泡麵提供購買~ 只睡了一晚覺得有點可惜~

Your Osaka home away from home It’s a bit far from the train station 😅 but you’ll get used to the walk(exercise) Very well maintained and modernized. Amenities were provided, even ear plugs! We had a very comfortable stay, from check-in to check-out. Staff is very accommodating with some of our inquiries.😊

Exceptional Jen’s place is much roomier than the pictures depict, which is a definite bonus. It was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door to see how much space our family of four had. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of basic kitchen items that made our meals very easy to make. Jen is great at communicating and greeted us upon arrival. She is very kind and helpful and we feel lucky to have stumbled upon her place when booking. We would definitely book here again!

Jen’s house is a gem Everything about this place was perfect! Easy access into the city centre, shops and facilities on your doorstep, Jen is amazing! Couldn’t ask for more!!

Superb Stay The location is just slightly further away from the city but no big deal! We were amazed that this room is so much bigger than what we expect! It was such a spacious and cozy stay, we can finally have a good rest here after a week of traveling in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto. Thank you for the sufficient utilities that Jen’s House provide – there’s even Netflix!

We chose this apartment not because of the price, not because of the location, but because of how it looks. A cozy livin — The apartment is incredibly comfortable, as if you are at home, but in its improved version.

オーナーさんありがとうございます。 この場所に入っていく道、ホテルの前の道がちょっと狭い　 良くないわけではないが使わせて頂いた冷蔵庫の下が冷凍だと思わず、下に飲み物入れたら朝全部凍っていた笑 下が冷凍、上が冷蔵の表示があれば良いと思います 部屋が可愛くて綺麗で広め オーナーさん優しい ゴミ袋やお菓子ありがたい エアコン効きが良い

最高 なかったです。 お部屋もきれいで、広くて快適な旅ができました。 管理人さんもとても親切にしていただき助かりました。

また利用したいです！ 特になし 昨年に続いて2度目です。 とにかく快適です！ 布団がフカフカでぐっすり眠れます！ すぐ近くに激安駐車場があり助かります。

Perfect it worth to live

great host great place this location is little remote to the city but its a great and clean place to have a night-in. place is clean, the host is nice. i would stayed one more night if i had more time.

Noisy due to the sound proof They had a small party in a group of 5 thats kinda noisy because is kinda near the first room less than 15feet away.. is difficult to sleep.

Great place to stay, the staff went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Nothing Staff was very accommodating. Good recommendations for places to visits. Staff will take guests out for lunch or sightseeing spots when they have free time!

Comfortable Guest House Host is very nice & approachable. Location is near the Osakako station which comes in handy if you want to visit USJ. Distance to other destination are ok too. Bath room & toilet is clean. Bring your own towel.
